The Alpha's Second Chance

The Alpha's Second Chance

It’s as if the weight of evidence and the desire for justice have converged to form a unanimous consensus. ‘Dad, this is the end of your evilness! Today, I stand victorious, not with canines and claws in triumph, but with the conviction that the triumph of light over darkness is a victory that echoes through generations. The evidence amassed, the alliances forged, all culminate in a moment of reckoning. Dad, you’re once a pillar of strength, now you’re exposed for the venom that runs through your veins! As the gavel falls, your fate is sealed. Justice will prevail, and your crimes will not be swept beneath the rug of power. A prison cell awaits you, a testament to the fallibility of even the

Claiming Daddy

Claiming Daddy

There rests the righteous justice sweetest of all. .... "How can I ever repay your generosity, babe?" Stella's sweet murmur warmed the air between us as we observed sunrise's rosy fingers creeping over the horizon. Last fading stars still glimmered bold beside the waning crescent moon, echoes of receding darkness banished before dawn's steady advance. I drew her soft warmth closer, moved by enduring trauma now tempering into wisdom's grace. My little bird's helpless fury aged into seasoned perspective broader than personal vengeance alone. For in punishing petty tyrants, greater oppressive systems yet demanded dismantling toward justice ripe and lasting.

Life in the Darkness

Life in the Darkness

But I also thought it would be too easy if we did it right away; I wanted them to feel the same pain, bitterness, hatred, and grief that we did. I also want them to feel how they are slowly dying. They did the same thing to my best friend Sheena and my mother Esme. Even if I don't, as long as they're getting justice for them, I'm happy. And isn't that what we truly desire? Justice, Rich and powerful people end up paying for justice. Not everybody is treated equally. I smiled because Sheena was still lucky not to have seen the real world yet, because I knew she'd be disappointed if she discovered it wasn't as colorful as the ones she read about in books.

The spoiled protégée of the ruthless CEO

The spoiled protégée of the ruthless CEO

Bianca didn’t even try to conceal her happiness. It didn’t take Flora much more time to understand that everyone knew how evil Daniel was. She did too. So she started asking herself: if the dead is such a horrid person, why bother searching for the killer? What happened was actually an act of pure justice! Or maybe not. Maybe justice shouldn’t be established in this filthy way, with poison. Justice is noble. Justice should be done by police and a jury. Justice… What is even this thing called Justice? Flora never knew justice in her life. She witnessed her mother dying from a broking heart, her sister seducing her husband, her stepmother stealing her father, and her husband torturing her in t

THE ALPHA’S UNWANTED MATE

THE ALPHA’S UNWANTED MATE

"I see what was done to you. It was wrong. It was evil." The fire flared hotter at my admission. "But she," I pointed a trembling finger at Jaynayah through the bars, "is not the one who did it. And neither am I. You are punishing the innocent to satisfy the dead. That makes you no better than the monsters who hurt you." WE DO NOT SEEK JUSTICE, the voice snarled. WE SEEK RETRIBUTION. "You won't get it from her," I growled. I reached out and grabbed the bars of the cage with both hands.

The look in your eyes

The look in your eyes

Not forgiving is like drinking rat poison and then waiting for the rat to die. —Anne Lamott I never believed in revenge, I never wanted to believe in it, all my life I've been the good modest humble daughter my father raised me to be, and where did all that lead me? homeless with no family. I'm ready to drink that poison, even if it does kill me, I must make sure Jesse and Benita pay for what they did to me and my father, and of course my unborn child.

Cruel Fate: Chained To The Alpha

Cruel Fate: Chained To The Alpha

’ She appreciated the gesture, smiling as much as the oxygen mask could allow. “It's kind of ironic, isn't it? I killed my father and now his son tried to kill me. Is this poetic justice? Karma perhaps? It has such bad timing, doesn't it? I was foolish to assume I had escaped punishment for my crime just because I found happiness. This was a wake up call, I deserve to be punished.” She said in a broken voice as tears slid down the side of her eyes. “Please don't say that. This wasn't punishment, it was simply a misunderstanding! You don't deserve to be punished because you did nothing wrong.

RISING EX WIFE : Love Me Again Mrs Graves

RISING EX WIFE : Love Me Again Mrs Graves

“No. This is for everyone who’s ever been silenced, overlooked, or discarded. For everyone who’s ever been told they don’t matter.” Josh’s expression softened, a hint of pride in his eyes. “Then you’re fighting for the right reasons.” I didn’t respond immediately. The words seemed to catch in my throat, refusing to come out. Instead, I picked up my glass, the cool surface grounding me as I lifted it slowly. “To justice,” I said, my voice barely above a whisper. The weight of the word lingered in the air, heavy and unyielding. Josh’s gaze met mine, a flicker of something unspoken passing between us. After a moment, his lips curved into a faint smile not one of joy, but of understanding. He ra

The Rejected Omega: There Were Times I Wished You Were Dead

The Rejected Omega: There Were Times I Wished You Were Dead

“The same hands that should’ve held you, shielded you, dried your tears when the world broke you. Instead, I let you fall. So I used these hands to torture them. To end them.” He looked down at his bloodied knuckles, jaw clenched. “I didn’t do it to erase my mistakes. I know I never can. I did it because it was the only thing I had left to give you. Justice. For what they stole from you. For what I let happen.” I let out a breathless, bitter chuckle that was more air than sound. It scraped the back of my throat like glass. “Of course. Justice.” The word tasted like ash on my tongue. “It’s almost funny hearing you say that. You—you—talking about justice like you weren’t my biggest oppressor.”

I'm saving all my gems for this book. The story is just that good! The plot twists are so unique and unexpected. I don't want to spoil it but I've never read anything like this before and it's very refreshing. The characters are deep and multifaceted, the writing is so good you can feel everything.

Really love this book. So well written. I can actually feel the emotions of Amber and Rayne. Is there still hope for both of them to be mates again? I strongly feel Rayne’s wolf Eden definitely deserves Amber.
