Her first debut was made in the first chapter, tagged as the Prologue. Her role played in the book was having a close friendship with John, where as in it, they were tagged as best of friends. Khloe in the starting chapters was obviously, confident, bold, sassy and dominant. Her actions spoke for themselves, respectively.
