You chopped onions at my counter, and your hands moved so quickly over the knife that it was obvious – and surprising, somehow – that not only could you cook, but that you enjoyed doing it. You followed me to the couch, where we sipped wine while the television droned something of little importance and you told me surprising things about your life. You devoured Hemingway and had a soft spot for kittens and worried sometimes that you drank too much. You thought Johnny Cash was the greatest singer who ever lived, and you sang Folsom Prison Blues in your deep and off-key baritone.

Short terrifying stories that leave you insomnolent . . . definitely a must read to while away time and get sleepless with fear, hahaha. I don't own any of this stories. I look forward to being a well known writer like, Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie, the late legend; Chinua Achebe, Nnedi Okorafor, Wole Soyinka, Colleen Hoover, Ted dekker, Sidney sheldon, Dean Koontz and so many others. I don't think I have ever seen anyone who reads wild like I do. My love for books is out of this world, I just purely love good books, like really really good books with awesome plots. I can't be spotted anywhere without holding a novel. I was about to read one, 'Home coming' by Yaa Gyasi.

Magazines, online journals. You wouldn’t know any of them.” “Try me.” Adrian smiled, surprised by the interest. “I like peace and Quiet. Most of my stories are about small things.
