Blue Thunder: The Rise of the Legend - book 1

Sonylla relayed the information to the others. “Now I see why you guys said their mission isn’t over until they arrive here,” said Frank, worried. “No offence, brother, but you should have known that one by now. Even when we think it’s over, a lot of time, it’s not. Remember the night she revealed herself to you?” said Sebastian. “The fixed portal between Paris and St-Johns has been destroyed a year ago,” said General Tobly.

Mary cut in, raising an eyebrow. "Em, when's the last time you did anything fun?" I opened my mouth to argue, but the words died on my lips. When was the last time? Between the endless reports, the late nights, and the constant pressure to prove myself in a sea of male engineers, fun had become a foreign concept. "That's what I thought," Mary said, her voice softening. "Come on, there's this new club opening tonight. Club Enigma. Very exclusive, very mysterious. I managed to snag us some tickets."

The Sage Story of Longwu Continent

The Sage Story of Longwu Continent

Today was another historic day, as the management of the Forsaken Fortress had announced that the Peaceful Forest Manager had prepared enough resources to be the reward for successful hunters and fighters in this war. The tension was heightened when at exactly 7 p.m., the voice of a bot could be heard echoing in the Square. "All Fighters, please enter the Portal Gate!" Suddenly, thousands of fighters and hunters poured through the portal gate, which looked as dark as a black hole. This portal appeared magically thanks to the power of the systems and arrays within the Fortress. Li Wei and his four companions also joined in to enter through the portal. WUSH. While going through the portal, Li

I finally said having pity on killing her excitement. "Yes! Lets find him" she said and immediately stole my phone from my purse. "Wha- and why my phone?" I complained. "Because you saw him, not me" she winked. "Whatever!" She turned on Facebook. I have a fake account with no personal pics. I know lame right. But I come from a Muslim conservative family. You get used to it. I only use it to find people and stalk celebs. "I found 2. Which one" she asked. I checked and said "the first one".

“We did! And the Perisphere to see Democracity, of course. That was no where near as amazing as Futurama, though.” “I loved that one too!” “Did you ride in the cars in the Transportation zone?” Evelyn shook her head. “If you go back, you have to do that. At Ford, you ride on the Road of the Future, which is this astounding feeling thing made of cork and rubber. It’s like having springs in your feet, only you get to ride in their Cars of the Future—what did they call it? some kind of horse—Mustang? No matter, you take the cars over that smooth road,” Lily raised a hand to illustrate, “and it’s elevated, so when you look out the windows, you can see across the fairgrounds. The car we took, it

I've barely been able to put this story down. I absolutely love it. I love how descriptive the story is. And it has made me want to have been able to go to that World's Fair. It is a beautiful love story and I can't wait to finish it.

I am only to Chapter 22, but this book is Amazing so far and by far my favorite. I love historical fiction and this piece is a gem. I read the Author's book about Grace and Juliet and just had to jump right into this one as some characters are the same.

Chasing Their Unloved Luna

Chasing Their Unloved Luna

We have had to adjust to having little to no privacy for these acts and the pixies often gather to watch us or even play with one another or masturbate nearby while they watch us. “Right here, I can feel the trace energy of our previous portal and I will make our exit point just to the left,” Dierdre says into the darkness that surrounds us. I feel an urgent pull to hurry home. And as soon as the portal opens I feel a sharp abdominal pain that is echoed in Reinaux’s expression and rapid drop to their knees. I brace myself and lift Reinaux into my arms using the hazy light from the portal to guide us. The instant I step through the portal I hear a strained mindlink come through.

said the father. "Yes, father," I confirmed. My father says that the Polaris is something like a powder foundation bag that secret agents seem to use. It was used so that people from the mortal world and Ausgburg could freely communicate. Just like on video calls, you can talk or see what the person you're talking to is doing. We immediately entered the portal, and I immediately felt like I had been sucked. When we came out of the portal, I suddenly felt like I was going to vomit because I was so dizzy. And when my dizziness was a bit gone, I immediately took my cellphone. I brought it when I first went to Ausgburg. I immediately called mom and dad, and they answered immediately.

"Just a reminder, boy, we are living the science fiction dream," 'Hey, where's little red riding hood?" Alec came up asking when he was done with his own opponent. "She escaped," Phil said. "How?" "The same way we got here, I guess." Phil then beckoned to the tubes. "It appeared that those things are portals-- real portals!" "But she didn't go though those. She had on a wrist switch that teleported her with one press! I saw it!" "A portable sort of portal," observed Phil. Suddenly the ship shook again, reminding them.
