The Misfit Inn

The Misfit Inn

"She'd died two days before." Denver closed his eyes, fighting back the choking rage. "Too little, too late," he bit out. "Yeah. I expected her to slam the door in my face. Instead, she invited me inside. She said her mother had talked of me often, and she'd left me something in her will. I couldn't imagine what. We were...well more than strangers by that point, but..." Misty trailed off, struggling against emotion. "She'd left me the globe. It was beautiful. All bleeding colors and this sort of vignette inside that looked like the moon and stars. She said it was called Moonbeams and Sweet Dreams, and it had been one of Judy's favorites. I didn't know then what it was worth, but I thanked he

Their Precious Mate

Raven snorted, "She needs the real thing. Plastic is going to feel more of a punishment then-" "If you find a good one it's not going to feel like plastic! It's going to feel like you have a dick in your coochie! I happen to know a place that-" "Of course you know a place." "Oh shut up you wanna be prude! We founded "Joy for Toys" together!"

I really like this book but there are several repeat chapters. Beware of that before you purchase them. It also makes it a bit difficult to read as it throws the timeline off. This needs to be fixed. The book itself is great. Timothy and is mother hen act are hilarious. He is the best beta.

Completely enjoying the refreshing relationship between the alphas and Charlotte ... Ch's 41, 42, & most of 43 are repeats (as of 6/17/24), so skip 41 & 42. End of 43 is a random snippet of a scene that I can't tell if meant to be there, but probably adds to story; from unknown perspective

Whispers of the Forgotten

Whispers of the Forgotten

“Very well. I’ll assist you, but remember this: What you’re looking for might not be something you want to find. Sometimes, the truth is more dangerous than the unknown.” With Kieran’s agreement secured, they set up the memory retrieval process in one of his specialized, high-tech labs. The room was dimly lit, with sleek machines and monitors arranged in a precise configuration. Kieran handled the equipment with practiced ease, preparing the device for a deeper dive into Maris Harker’s memories.

If I Could Turn Back Time

If I Could Turn Back Time

After cleaning up Danton's remains, Violet asked in confusion, "Mr. Pulmano, where did Dr. Jennings come from?" Gerard crouched slowly and tidied Danton's shirt. Then, he answered, "Dr. Jennings is from the Mystic Pavillion!" Mystic Pavillion! Immediately, Violet froze. Ordinary men might not have heard about the Mystic Pavillion, but Violet did. The Mystic Pavillion was an organization that emerged eight years ago. It was said that the members of the organization were all great doctors.

Mystic Academy

Mystic Academy

If she had told me the reason we came here, I believe I wouldn't have asked again. "It's the Mystic Delights. You wouldn't want to miss it for anything in the world, and it only happens quarterly," she said. "What is that?" I asked her, confused. "That's all the more reason you shouldn't miss it. Come on," she grasped my hand, pulling me inside. The cafeteria was near the residential hall, not on the school grounds. I wondered why it wasn't placed within the school premises. Even though the walk from the residential hall to the school grounds took no more than ten minutes, it still struck me as weird.

MOONLIGHT MYSTIQUE

MOONLIGHT MYSTIQUE

The music hall smelled faintly of smoke and dust, the old wood groaning beneath every breath of wind through its cracked windows. Eliot stood frozen, the broken moonlight spilling across his skin, casting him in pale silver. He had no business being here. Theo’s voice still echoed in his head—Stay away from him. Damien will ruin you. And yet, here he was, heart racing, throat dry, caught in the place he swore he wouldn’t return to. Damien was waiting. Of course he was.

FRAGILE PROMISES

FRAGILE PROMISES

The air was thick with anticipation, as if the walls themselves held countless untold stories. I approached the reception desk, where a young woman with piercing blue eyes and an enigmatic smile greeted me. Her name tag read "Lena." "Welcome to Memoria," she said, her voice soft yet confident. "How may I assist you today?" "I... I've heard that you can erase memories," I stammered, my voice barely above a whisper. "Is it true?" Lena nodded, her gaze unwavering. "Yes, it's true. Memoria specializes in memory alteration. We help individuals who seek to escape the pain of their past, to start anew."

My Mysterious Husband

My Mysterious Husband

My Mysterious Husband The church was stunning—of course it was. Chandeliers dripped crystal from high vaulted ceilings. Golden candlelight danced across the ivory columns, and white petals lined the aisle in painstaking spirals. Aria stood at the altar in her champagne-colored gown, her heart pounding for reasons that had nothing to do with love. “This is ridiculous,” she whispered through clenched teeth. “Is this a prank?” “No, ma’am,” the priest said solemnly, not even blinking. “Mr. Vale has approved all arrangements. Including the proxy.”

Falling for the billionaire CEO who hated me before

Falling for the billionaire CEO who hated me before

Each milestone was a balm, soothing the ache of years lost and opportunities missed. Yet, even in the midst of this contentment, Andy remained haunted by fragments of memory—fleeting flashes of Mayla’s laughter, the brush of her hand against his, the warmth of a shared moment that could not be recaptured. He kept these memories close, private, allowing them to linger like fragile ghosts at the edges of his mind.

THE ALPHA'S NAUGHTY LITTLE CHRISTMAS GIFT.

THE ALPHA'S NAUGHTY LITTLE CHRISTMAS GIFT.

"Moonstone Inn, 1847 Shadowbrook Lane, Mystic Valley, New Orleans." Mystic Valley. The name had sounded mysterious when her finger jabbed the map orb in frustration, searching for anywhere that wasn't home. Anywhere Marcus and Jenna wouldn't be. A tiny corner of New Orleans parish she'd never heard of, barely visible unless you zoomed in close enough to see the dust motes. Her mother's voice replays in her skull. "Ivy, sweetheart, maybe you should wait. Research this place first. You don't just fly somewhere because it has a pretty name."
