Since then, he hasn't sent another one or even tried calling. I started packing my things into my suit bag to leave work for today. Corby was right. I do need a break and the best way to spend that, is by seating at home by the window, with a mug of coffee in my hand, while I read my favourite book. Pride and prejudice. The book helps me get away from my own life of loneliness and misery. Knowing Elizabeth Bennet and Darcy went through a lot with love, makes me feel at ease. Even though they did end up together, I'm not sure that, that part would apply to my life.

I need to know what is going on. Once we are in the house, Margaret sits in the living room and starts to read the newspaper. I haven’t seen someone read the actual newspaper for years. I guess they are not crazy about cellphones around here. I take the Pride and Prejudice book from the bookshelf on, careful not to let the note from Vincent fall. I take a seat next to Margaret and open the book on the front page. “Oh, look!” I exclaim faking an innocent tone of voice. “What a coincidence, this book was Tatiana’s!”

Why was that? "Did I offend you by any chance, Fifi?" Faith widened her eyes at this. " Of course not! We have only met. How could you have offended me? What a question?" Shaking her head, she turned away and muttered under her breath," It's because of you that I cannot read and now I am imagining Mr Darcy with you face. " "You said something?" "No. Nothing." Seeing that she was not required to take the guest around the campus anymore, Faith decided she could return to finishing off her book. Of course, it wasn't as if she had not read Pride and Prejudice but she particularly enjoyed reading the book.

Two minutes later he entered to the library looking everywhere, when he spotted her he came closer. "Hey. " He said moving a chair backwards and sitting down while placing his backpack on the desk. "Hi. " "I hope you don't mind but i got ahead in the assignment. " He said placing a copy of the book "Pride And Prejudice" by Jane Austen on the desk. Its cover had a girl with brown short curly hair and wearing a pink long dress that resembled a night gown, and a bonnet in her head seated on a chair looking somewhere else. She was resting her chin on her left index finger while on her right hand she was holding what it seemed a piece of paper. The cover was attractive to Amy, who always wanted t

She always looks so forlorn even when she has a smile on her face and for a beautiful woman like herself - happiness is all she needs to feel. "Aren't you busy or something? I shouldn't bother you." She says. "I called you so you're not bothering me." I lean back in my chair. "What are you doing right now?" "Reading." She replies. "Want me to tell you the title?" "Yes." "Pride and Prejudice." "What's it about?" I ask. "I've watched the movie but somehow, I think they left out a lot of details." I listen to her as she explains what the book is all about and I close my eyes just listening to her voice which calms me. The turmoil roiling inside of me disappears and the headache I was beginning

Again. Okay, I walked right into this one. But I couldn't begin to care as I slid my hands to his neck and buried my fingers deep into his soft strands. I couldn't even think about his damned hair product this time. Goodbye, Christian Grey. My days of worshipping you are over. I just found a much better version of you. "Thank heavens I've got a smudge-proof lipstick," was the first thing I spoke as I eyed his lips void of any traces of lipstick in relief. His lips did look a little red and swollen but at least my lipstick didn't have to sacrifice itself for my newfound hobby.

I said and then got the book in the phone and started to read the book. As I read the book, I found it more and more interesting. I was just simply reading her a book but the content that was in there was way more interesting than it could be. I loved every parts of it. The way Elizabeth behaved, her proud and wise nature, her smartness, her innocence and her way of loving Mr. Darcy. But she was prejudiced most of the times about Mr. Darcy.

She looks around at the unfamiliar surrounding. The walls were painted in white and gold, the bed she was sitting on was big with satin bed sheets. The wall above was adorned by a beautiful chandelier. She felt like she was in paradise. Her eyes traveled around the room till they set on the woman sitting on the chair beside her with a book in her hand. Pride and prejudice was the title of the book. In her perspective the woman was gorgeous and screamed of royalty. From her hair pin, to her jewelry and to her dress.

Just the mere idea sent a pang of pain through her heart. [Note: I've seen a post on reddit today, guys. Readers asking for a link of this book. What I was surprised to see was a first edition of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. My mouth dropped open in surprise, and I took the note on top. I know you would have loved it if your grandfather had given you the book he religiously gives you as a gift. I am sending this on your behalf because it can't come as a surprise to you. Remember that in spite of everything, I love you; you are my only sister, Chiara. I could not help crying anymore. I took the book with devotion and put it in safekeeping. After that, I watched a Korean drama about a woman who realizes that her whole family, including her husband, ignored her. I sighed and stressed over the woman's decisions, but in the end, she
