Soma’s POV Following Oliver to his office, I was a little nervous to speak to my father. Since I hadn’t heard his voice, it was going to be weird, but I knew we needed to speak. I was excited to invite him over to New York so he could see me become Luna. I wasn’t sure if he would have some kind of expectation about me being a Princess and if I would become Queen in the future. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to be but if it came down to it I would.

Luna should be here or she will be forfeited. Here in the underground, we value time. Everyone looked at the entrance door, Luna finally came. She got everyone’s attention with her outfit, I didn’t think that she will prepare for this fight. I smiled. As usual, she walks like a dazzling gorgeous beast. We heard a sound as a sign that the two immortals should enter the battleground. Diego went inside. Before Luna enter the battleground she looked at me and mouthed “watch”, then she smiled. If I remember correctly the older princess celebrated her fortieth birthday a couple of months ago so she was at least seventeen years older than the young princess but seeing them like this, they felt so close in age. “And who do we have here? The Luna who has been making waves even without officially becoming the Luna yet.” Leah announced, turning her attention to me. I felt shy because of the attention and how her smile widened when she looked at me. “Good day, your majesty.” I greeted. She laughed. “Your majesty? I am just a princess and a beta’s wife. You are Luna. If you call me your majesty then how am I supposed to address you?”

And I needed to stop Selena, one way or another. “Well?” Enzo asked. “He just said that he knows I’m the missing princess,” I lied. “And he wished us luck.” “Oh.” I couldn’t tell if Enzo believed me or not, but he didn’t pry any further. “By the way,” I asked, “who is Luna? He barely spoke, grunting and nodding seemed to be his preferred methods of communication. But, I was stuck with him. As he went around to meet the driver for suitcase hand off, I was still trying to figure out how I was going to get away with a bodyguard. According to everyone on campus, I was a nobody. Why would a nobody need protection? That truth was, I wasn’t a nobody. Underneath all the nonsense I used to cover my identity, I was the Luna Princess. There was a prophecy about me being a weapon to destroy all the residual vampires from the Great War.
