The Pack's Girl

The Pack's Girl

Profoundly serious. *** Vanquish sat up and I felt a moment of relief. Until I caught him unlacing his breeches in my peripheral. Racer sat up to do the same. Vanquish freed a hard point of flesh. Alarmed I shook my head and tried to wiggle away. "No, no!" "Quiet." Vanquish said. But it was the one time I was defiant. "No, I'll scream." "Then you'll summon the rest of the pack to have a go at your gorgeous little body." He caught my opposite cheek and rolled it toward him. Promising. "You're going to pay for that little show of defiance."

I haven’t finished this story yet. So good so far! BUT is the Writer going to finish? Status is Ongoing at 97 chapters, chapter count hasn’t been updated in a while and Writer says the update twice weekly. All their stories are in Ongoing Status. Not reading more until I know. 6.2022 - bookmark

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

The Pack's Weirdo : A Mystery to Unveil

she asked, and I rolled my eyes. "Nothing, I just came here to prepare pudding for dee" as soon as I told her, she forgot everything, and a few creases of concern appeared on her forehead... {she knew that I only make chocolate pudding when dee was extremely depressed.} ... "no need to get concerned. He is going to shift in the Crescent moon pack, so he was a little depressed" as soon as I said that, she nodded, and her usual smile fell. I remembered this expression very well. It is the same expression she gave me when I shifted into the pack house. "He has to be trained, Mrs. Davis," I told her, and she nodded.

This book has a great story line. Lots of mystery to keep your interest and twist and turns to make you read more. I love the main character strong female personality even though indecisive at times. There are errors and the transitions could be better but a good read overall. You will get better!

Worth reading. Has enough action to not be boring nor overwhelming. Great plot twists. FYI: several reviews mention some problems with language/syntax. An author’s note said it costs money to go back and edit. Look, MY English ain’t perfect, but I can understand enough of the story to enjoy it.

The Pack's Secret Keeper

The Pack's Secret Keeper

Sooner or later, they would get bored of her, and they would discard her, reputation in tatters, for the next conquest. She saw Lillian, Diane and the three girls that the Triquetra called the Debutantes laughing and whispered, sending her glares… And what was it with the werewolf pack, she thought sourly, that they gave trios weird titles? She looked around and spotted Rhett at the front of the queue ordering and not looking her way.

Like the book but always find it a pity that stories on these apps end with rape & abuse victims forgiving and forgetting (basically: with a simple sorry and a few tears) what abusers did to them. She has lifelong trauma and probably Stockholm Syndrome but no actual justice for this poor girl.

Ok so this book is… SO GOOD! The writing is on point with very little errors. The storyline keeps you glued to the pages. The past to present is different, sometimes I just want a few chapters where it’s not going back and forth. I love the characters growth of Aislen, and now the boys. Must read!

THE LAST PACK

THE LAST PACK

Liam taught us all how to fight them. When I woke up, it was late. I’m surprised Betty didn’t knock on the door. I showered fast with the cold water and got dressed. I had no idea where they were. As I turned the corner, a truck was parked, and men were taking barrels out of a cabin. I sneaked inside and hid. They were dumping vials in the drinking water. One of them muttered about making sure our pack never recovered, that the poison would wipe out our kind. My blood ran cold as I realized they weren’t just trying to hurt us—they wanted to destroy us completely.

Where the Pack Ends

Where the Pack Ends

Instead of precious moon-stone cosmetics or silk cloaks, the bag is stuffed to the brim with worthless, dried wolf-moss and shredded scrap-scrolls. "The b*tch played us!" Yeva shrieks, throwing the bag across the room. "She brought us garbage!" "Yeva..." Xiao Na’s voice suddenly turns paper-thin, her face draining of color as she stares at her own scrying mirror. "I... I have a terrible feeling about this." "What is it?" Yeva growls. "Look at your personal scrying channel," Xiao Na stammers, thrusting her mirror into Yeva’s face. "The... the mental broadcast is live! The entire Great Pack Assembly is watching us right now!"

Framed as a Quack: I Crushed My Hands in Rage

Instead of panicking, I remained utterly calm. "It's just a video taken out of context, so it can hardly be used as evidence." Sheila gritted her teeth and shot back vehemently, "Dr. Goodwin, do you have any proof that this video is taken out of context?" "Then do you have any evidence that I swapped Pierre's medication? When and where did I supposedly do it?" I countered. As if she had anticipated my question, Sheila answered with apparent ease, as though she had truly witnessed it herself.

The Pack's Luna: The Pack Series Book 4

The Pack's Luna: The Pack Series Book 4

Luna Yara murmurs, making me grin and Kennedy blush. “Why do we need a new packhouse grandma?” Quilla asks. Yara looks up like she always does when she doesn’t realize she’s spoken out loud. “Oh, did I say that out loud?” “Yes, you did, grandma. Why do we need a new packhouse? Is the pack hospital not big enough anymore?” Quinlee asks her. “It’s because of how passionately I love your mother,” I say, using Luna Yara’s word for why we have so many pups at once.

Love Henry's story! I think Wendy and Hacker are a great pair and a chapter on her 18th confirming they are mates would be awesome. Still 3 other Hill children to write about as well as extend families! I think the graduation party at Yorick and Cyra's would be a great place for new found love.

One of the best writers on this app. I love it all. One suggestion though, can you add the AI voice over to your books (past as well if possible) for the visually impaired? This would be great for some of my teen clients

The Transcendent Zombie System

The Transcendent Zombie System

Coincidentally, Quack was there as well. Quack saw that Lucas had offered to show up on his own accord. Consequently, this made him put on an arrogant expression on his face. He even walked with pride. "Lucas, I really didn't expect you to seek your death!" Quack looked at Lucas arrogantly. Although Quack was a rich brat, his Genetic Talent was terrifying. He was the true top-ranked genius of East Base City, a Rank 8 Evolved One. Lucas smiled faintly, finding that Quack was way too cute. 'How dare he think that I'm here to seek death. I wonder where he summoned that courage to take my presence here in that way.'

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

The Pack's Maid

The Pack's Maid

My skin prickled at the obvious contempt and shame in his voice as he spoke of his son. “I wish one day he could snap out of this silly traumatized phase and remember how to be a man. Liook at our pack…every day we face attacks from a mad man who had crowned himself king of the rogues and my own son, who should be leading an army by now cannot even defend himself properly.” I opened my mouth to respond—to what, I didn't know—when I heard footsteps on the stairs behind me. I turned. And forgot how to breathe. He was gorgeous.

Frequently Asked Questions

Doctor Pack's episodes are like hidden gems scattered across the series, each shining for different reasons. One that immediately springs to mind is 'The Midnight Express,' where his dry wit and unexpected vulnerability collide in this high-stakes train heist. The way he outsmarts the antagonists while secretly helping a sick child—without ever breaking his gruff exterior—is pure storytelling magic.

Then there's 'Silent Protocol,' which flips the script by forcing him into a rare emotional confrontation with his estranged mentor. The dialogue crackles with decades of unspoken resentment, yet the episode never loses its trademark dark humor. It's a masterclass in character development, showing how his detached facade masks deep loyalty. I still catch myself rewatching that final scene where he walks away, leaving the audience to decipher whether he's heartbroken or relieved.
