I'm starting a new novel! I'm so excited to share with you guys the other novel I've been plotting lately. Queen Of Ace What is this novel all about? =If you haven't read my first novel, His Fragile Flame, I uploaded in this app, this is only "a part" of it but can be read as "stand-alone". This story was written in different character's perspective and her back story before His Fragile Flame. You don't have to read the first book to understand this novel, and I think it's better if you read this before that because HFF has spoilers.

Julius steps in, eager to show me to the door. I stare at Alpha Dante, hot shame and embarrassment causing tears to prick my eyes. He meets my eyes, the rest of his handsome face is cold as ice but those eyes…they stare at me like he wants to close the distance and sink his teeth into my neck. Why won't he just do it? How had they even met each other? I looked around at the admiring stares the perfect couple was getting and saw that Vera was scowling at them with resentment and open envy. But then the expression was gone. I thought perhaps I had only imagined it. “As a representative of the Shaw Pack,” Vera said as she stepped forward, “I welcome you as our future Luna.” The crowd approved, and several other “representatives” stepped up in turn. I used the time to clear my head. Stephanie was going to be Luna and most likely Queen after that. Her father had known, which is why he wrote that letter about looking out for her.

Without waitin' for a response, I grab Krystie’s hand, pullin' her with me into the kitchen, the chaos of the room fadin' behind us.
