Wolf Queen

Wolf Queen

It would have been peaceful if it didn’t hold a sinister tinge to the air. Adelaide allowed her eyes to change to a deeper red as her eyes picked up on any possible threats that could hinder their way. She pulled in a breath at what she saw and the beast of her mind fell silent. Purple hazes should have filled her vision but instead thousands of red and yellow figures did. Humans. Alive and living. “What is it?” Adam asked her in concern. She did not respond to him, she began to move forward, her eyes focusing on one light in particular. It shone out brighter than the rest, a pillar of gold against her eyes. Grace was there. She was alive.

I said and it was like the lightbulb finally turned on. Just then there was a ripple in the air and this dude walked right to it. I wasn’t sure if Jax saw it or not but we sure as hell did. As soon as we passed it or walked threw it, whatever we did, Koa stopped dead in her tracks. There were 6 ships lined along the coast and there were men and women all hanging around on the deck. “Can anybody hear us outside this…this…bubble?” Koa asked the guy and he shook his head.

Great read! Especially for a new author. Interesting story that kept me engaged. Loved the slow introduction of characters that allowed me to get to know each one. However, if you are looking for steamy bedroom scenes, you will find this lacking.

Balance of Light and Shadow

Balance of Light and Shadow

"You are a guest here in my territory. Touch what is ours again and I will not hesitate to kill you. Understood" Queen Coral looks concerned. "Ours. You think you own her". I get that she is referring to her past but that insinuation stops now. "She is ours to protect. She is ours to cherish. She is our other half and our future. She is ours to love and only ours".

Journey Through the Shadow Realms

Journey Through the Shadow Realms

Finally, the Orchid Queen lifted her chin and said, “No! Your friends will stay. Diktam can only do so much to control your kind. I will keep your friends to make sure that you will obey my orders. The pearl is mine as well. I have paid your friend whom you call the merchant for it. The pearl will augment my decreasing power and make me the most powerful and most beautiful woman in the whole of Sendorra once again.” The Orchid Queen rose from her seat and took out Wen’s feather bag from under her robes. She opened it and took out a dull blue stone. “The magical pearl of Sorrelia!” she said. “Who would be able to tell that such an ugly stone could become a most dazzling object of extreme powe

Flames in my heart

Flames in my heart

Once the city is in a distant view we come to a place with thousands of corals of all colours, “this place is beautiful.” “I’m afraid it’s a graveyard of all the people we lost fighting the last war with the witches” he tells me. It’s no wonder he didn’t want to fight, by the looks of it, his people were slaughtered. We walk through the graveyard and he stops in front of a the biggest coral which is made up of the most vibrant blue, green and pink colours. The sight truly takes my breathe away. King Salazar knelt down at the grave “my two sons and my wife lay to rest here. My wife and I were together for over 500 years. Did you know mermaids can live thousands of years?”

“Is she Yntreia, the future Queen of the pixies?” The princess was already awake. Caeruleus carried her closer to the Queen. “I am glad to finally meet the new Queen.” “And I to you. If you need my help or advice, please don’t hesitate.” “I’ll keep that in mind.” The Queen turned to the merman, “And you are?” “My name’s Caeruleus, my Queen. I’m from Atlantis.” He smiled. “Yes. I reckon the eyes and smile familiar, the salient feature of the merclan.”

Yours On The Dotted Line

Yours On The Dotted Line

Dull browns and murky greens. But the fish—that’s where the color is. Pops of electric blue, lemon yellow, deep purple, pure white, and shimmering black flicker all around us. Manta rays glide like silent kites above the coral, and lemon sharks slink along the edges of the reef. It’s surreal, like swimming through a documentary. I get so caught up in everything that I don’t check my oxygen gauge as much as I should. But we all had full tanks when we went down—me, Dante, Josiah, and Kaipo. We should run out of air at the same time, right?

Reclaiming My Beloved Dragon Prince

Reclaiming My Beloved Dragon Prince

the general pushes forward one of his men. The poor soldier trembles, almost dropping the delicate celestial-made glass tablet in his hands. "As we were retreating, Princess Juliana also sent along this message," the young drake holds the tablet up so that I can see the image of a wide-eyed girl with a fluid shock of blonde hair and large blue eyes dangling within a glowing blue suit. "UNDERSEA serves no queen of Luxandra. I am Queen Juliana Koralis Majere, and I take back the throne by right of my father TRITUS." Standing next to her is a young drake with blue lightning at his fingertips who smiles as he says, "Long Live the Queen."
