Rose Court: Who Can Save Us?

Rose Court: Who Can Save Us?

“Lady Josephina, we are going to spend the day in the gardens. Would you like for me to weave flowers in your hair like the rest of us and join the garden party?” she asked. “That would be lovely.” Josephina smiled. The ladies and the Queen looked at Rosalina questioningly, the Queen for reasons the other ladies did not understand. She simply smiled at them and said, “We will meet you all in the gardens.” The Queen nodded as did the king. The party left and Josephina picked out flowers from what had been left.

The Queen's Search for Love

The Queen's Search for Love

"You may drove right through the gates now, Mademoiselle! Madame Jian forgot to inform me." "That's so like Lihua!." Jingfei thought. Jingfei saw the huge gates parted and before she drove off, she once again glanced at the guard, "Thank you Monsieur!". She then maneuvered her car to pass through the gates. The long outdoor drive-way gave Jingfei a sense of familiarity, but she also felt that it would take her forever with her chosen speed. The sides of the drive-way were full of palm trees. A huge garden, planted with various flowers and fruit bearing trees could be seen on the right side while on the left side is a pavilion standing on the centre of a man-made lake.

Queen's Conquest - Warrior Queen's Harem

Queen's Conquest - Warrior Queen's Harem

Her gaze cut to the Twins, but her words carried to every corner of the chamber. “We are stronger together, not as pawns to ancient voices, but as one coven, one Crown. I will not spill your blood, though I could. I will not break you, though I have the power. I command you …stand aside. Lay down your fear. Lay down your false orders. Your Queen has returned.”

Then, the hedges come into view, and they are also immaculate. “You should see the garden in the back of the castle. There’s a labyrinth, several fountains, and all kinds of beautiful flowers, especially roses. The queen loves—loved—roses.” He clears his throat, and I can’t tell if it’s sorrow at having mentioned the late queen that makes him do so or something else. “I’d love to see that,” I tell him as we pull up in front of a huge building made of the same white marble that the gate supports were made from.

Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

There were only ten guards besides Cerina, Seraphine, Landon, and Rowan. Inside of the temple, a wall of solid rock stood around the altar. The way that it gleamed in the light of the burning candles on the altar, I thought it had to be solid marble. The faces of several women were carved in the stone, and it was clear by the outline of large sliding drawers that these were their tombs. "This is your mother's final resting place," Cerina said to Rosalie. "All of the queens are buried here. The first queen is buried in the earth below the temple, and her power filters up through the ground, collecting the strength from the others, and protecting our lands."

I adore this series. I had the privilege to read it a couple years ago on a different platform. It’s incredibly detailed with mostly likeable characters. Plus you get to follow the journey as they grow and develop over several stories. It’s well worth the time invested!

The order of the book is a little confusing, started out with a story about Ethan and Rosalie and mid way through it's like the story has jumped back to were the beginning should be. I love the story but this kinda has me scratching my head .

Reclaiming His Banished Mate

Reclaiming His Banished Mate

I pass him a black shirt which he pulls on. There’s something about watching the fabric slide over the muscles of his abdomen that makes my stomach flutter. I need to get control of myself. The Queen is sitting in my garden. The Queen. I take a breath and Kylars hand. He nods to me and we step out through the patio doors and into a quiet night. It’s colder than I remember, with the sun fading fast. More Autumnal than the false summer we’ve been experiencing.

This book is so stupid !!! How can an Alpha be a mercenary ? And how can she think that he won't ever find out about the kids ? He smells Luca on her but he can't smell the kids ? This is no werewolf romance, it's just a waste of money and time !!! ZERO stars from me but I wanted my post to be seen

Like the other stories of this author, it didn't disappoint. I know Rosie Griffin from another reading platform and I strongly advise you to read her stories. They are beautiful and her writing style is unique.

The Queen is Man

The Queen is Man

"And you can thank Queen Abigail for the graveyard you left behind at the gate." "Abigail?" Vane’s jaw went completely tight, his hand dropping to the hilt of his short sword as his men circled the shelf, their crossbows notched and aimed at my throat. "The Queen died in the first year of the siege. Her bones are in the lower vault with the rest of the lineage."
