As she walked past the charity's glass table she saw a book that was similar to the one Clarke bought for her after their little argument days ago. "Hey... I have this book. Dear rose...." Rachel was able to detect this because she had gotten so used to charity in such a way that she knew what each of the charity's facial expressions meant. "Why are you acting weird?" Rachel grimaced.

The atmosphere in the room suddenly turned quiet. Rachel furrowed her brow and turned to stare at Gwen with a look of disbelief. Rachel was a doctor who specialized in the treatment of comatose patients, so she had seen plenty during her time and was thus always able to keep calm even in stressful situations. To be frank, Rachel's first impression of Gwen had not been a good one. Rachel remembered the numerous times Gwen had tried to escape from Luke while in Merchant City.
