Rain From The Movie Spirit Novels & Stories

The infamous rain of the Storm dragon had the two remnant spirits exhausting large amounts of mana to defend themselves. They were overwhelming their opponents with the barrage of powerful lightning attacks. The two counter-attacked from time to time, but they were being pushed back defending against the lightning rain. After a few hours, the remnant spirits became a lot more transparent the storm dragons were see-through, the clouds were sparse and the lighting rain was now but a drizzle.

I could hear Spirit growl, “Let’s go find that handsome sheriff of yours and rip him apart.” That idea sounded wonderful to me, so I took off the dirty toga, grabbed a long raincoat that was laying on the floor, and shifted into wolf form. The gate opened for me like it knew exactly where I was going. The universe seemed to agree with my decision and while I ran out of the gate it started raining. Washing all the blood away from my fur. Spirit and I felt like one when we ran through the rain with only one mission in mind.

I saw the innocent spirits suddenly covered in black rain drops. Those raindrops, I know those raindrops. I’ve seen them before in my dreams. I ran into those innocent spirits that slowly became evil as fast as I could, then I tried to purify them using my blue fire but it didn’t work. “What’s happening with you guys?!” I asked the spirits using my mind but it isn’t working. They are all turning into ghouls. I tried to touch one of the spirits to see what happened to them. As I touched the soul, My eyes gleamed and saw a weird black spirit.

I fell to my knees in the mud. The cold rain washed the soot from my face. Stephen let go of Elias. Elias stayed facedown in the dirt crying. He was not crying for his empire. He was crying because he realized he was truly completely alone. The sky just opened up. It was like the whole valley was screaming. It was so hot and dry for long. Then the rain came. The first drops were big and heavy like rocks hitting the ground. Then the sky just let go. The rain poured down. This was the Rain of Mercy like something out of a movie. The sound of the rain hitting the lodge was like a million little drums beating all at once.

"The key is useless without the film." "The film is meaningless without the key." Dr. Margaret quietly closed her eyes. "Grace..." she whispered. "You impossible woman." Then a low rumble rolled across the valley. Everyone instinctively looked upward. Not helicopters. Dark storm clouds. Within seconds, heavy rain began to fall. Sheets of water hammered the quarry. Alex looked at the key. Then at the delicate photographic film. His face suddenly drained of color. "The film!" Patricia gasped. "It can't get wet!"

Spirit's Watch Sarah floated in a strange space between consciousness and darkness, able to see her family but unable to reach them. Her spirit ached as she watched Matthew break down again, his hands trembling as he poured more healing into her still body. He was shaking bad at this point, but he refused to stop.

Tiara shouts. "And we told you we don't listen very well!" Luna yells back. "Besides, we came to fight in our way," another Misfit adds, throwing a handful of powder into a spirit warrior’s eyes. The spirit screams. Another Misfit pours what looks like sticky soup on a warrior. The creature slips and falls. One spirit warrior trips over a rope pulled by two Misfits, flipping into the air like a cartwheel. One of them throws flour. Another tosses sneezing powder.

“I... I didn’t mean to—” “Your anger blinds you, Aaron,” the spirit’s voice softened, its luminous form beginning to waver. “But it also reveals your humanity. You are not alone in your struggles. I, too, have faced the depths of emotions. Your journey is not over.” As quickly as its anger had flared, the spirit’s energy subsided, and its form returned to its serene state. “Return to the barrier,” it commanded, its voice a gentle yet firm directive. “Confront your rage, and when you are ready to face the mountain once more, you may enter.”

“ ... Thank God... for unanswered prayers ..." Ava Miller awoke, glaring at her radio alarm clock. As she sat up, she grabbed her head. Hissing as she laid back down. “What did Azrael give me?” “Whatever it was,” stated a sharp sounding voice. “I don’t think it was enough.” Ava opened her eyes to look at the spirit in her room; sighing, “What did I do that got you to be like this?”

“We’ve been in these mountains for several years and never seen a blizzard like this before!” “That’s because it is not a blizzard,” Caine replied as he approached the fire. Despite struggling to endure the incredibly cold atmosphere around him, he did his best to avoid showing his mutually shared discomfort. He knew even the toughest of the Ravennites could never master the sheer power of this storm. The Domineers obviously failed to understand this, so Caine felt as though it was up to him to tell the tale by the fire. “It’s a battle - a battle of Spirits.”
