Steven said accompanied with another laughter " do you think? " Desmond asked him " off course... I mean, what else did they want? why are they holding you hostage in Botswana when you obviously can't give them what they want there? " " they want the element in exchange for one kilo grams of Steinmetz pink diamond " " woah... that's huge bro " "uh. " Desmond snorted . he was beginning to get tired of Steven's chitchat but he's another person he trust even though they don't get along most times

I wiped the frosting off my face and opened the live stream, just in time to see Steven slide a diamond ring onto Selena's finger. It was a ring worth 270 thousand dollars. The diamond caught the light and made my eyes ache. I looked down, finding myself disheveled and unkempt. Suddenly, I recalled how Steven had knelt in this same basement three years ago. He was holding up a can tab as a ring. "When I make it big again, I'll buy you the biggest diamond there is." Now, he had bought one, but it wasn't for me. … Steven came back very late that night.

Troy was about to ask why steven is quite, and I don't have the answer so I avoided the question. Cody- I think we should get some rest while we can. They all agreed and got up and left. I went to get something to eat and when I got back steven was not in our room, went out looking for him till I decided to link him since that's how he seem to want to communicate. He told me he was in the forest, I was surprised given we are not safe but I went to find him standing at the cliff. His eyes blue like the deep ocean, hands shaking and teeth along with claws extended.

Questions came to him like waves, overwhelming his breath, submerging him fully. He was surrounded by unanswered questions and plenty of urgent matters. Amelia and the cub were his utmost priority. Then came Kieth and the mess of the blessed wolf and powerful existence. And at last, was the Scarlett Witch and a bleak possibility of Alpha Drefan. Thinking of the long forgotten name, Steven’s pupils trembled violently. It was this man and his ruthless, unconventional thirst for power that wreaked havoc in their lives.

Then Dantley he tried to remain gentle and knelt before his mother, saying, "Mother I beg you, tell me where Erlyn is. " "Is that girl so important, Young Master, that you have to do this?" asked a golden-haired girl who had been sitting beside Ariel. She was Crystal and seemed to have always been mesmerized by Marteen from the start. "Who are you?" Dantley turned to Crystal as if he did not like it when someone interrupted him. "Marteen, this girl is Steven's daughter and you shouldn't...." Dantley stood up and looked at his mother with an upset look.

"Well do you like the gift?" "I haven't opened it yet. I wanted to open it while listening to your voice." I bite my thumb and a small blush creeps to my face. "Well go ahead. It's just a token to show you how sorry I am for making you agree to this mess." "We will talk about that when you get back." I reach for the box and open it slowly, only to have my eyes hit with a very expensive diamond necklace. "Ah...Steven?" "Yeah, do you like it? I bought it the exact moment I laid my eyes on it. I knew it would look perfectly on you plus considering the fact that you rarely wear necklaces."

“Meet Francesca — Salvatore’s weapon. Francesca, these are Ethan and Dre. Interesting characters, aren’t they?” She barely looked at me. Her contempt was obvious. I resolved to keep my guard up; in this game, only the smart survived. “Ryne is part of one of the small neighborhood gangs,” Vincent continued. “But bigger gangs have put bets on taking you down. Either you strike first, or they do.” “Oh… sh!t,” Dre muttered under his breath. ♠️ MARLENE ♠️ “Hey,” I said to Ruby as we exchanged cheek kisses. I noticed the emptiness in her eyes — the sparkle she once had was gone.
