While she carried her continuously threatening tone with him, she made no actual threat that was verbalised. Unfurling his wings and cowering into a ball within them, Ingram responded back nervously. Fumbling over some of his words as he spoke. "HE IS A WEREWOLF PRINCESS!! PLEASE- PRINCESS SEPHORA CALM YOURSELF!" His wings were an appropriate, navy which was almost black, colour for someone living in the Noble District. They were beginning to show that grey speckling in his feathers, a show of age among all harpy, but usually most noticeable on Ravens and darker feather Clan's first. Like that of Maven's but not quite as much yet.

"I was trying to keep you safe! Do you have any idea of the dangers out there? The forces that want to use you for your power?" "Of course I do!" I shouted back, feeling my wings manifest in response to my heightened emotions. They spread wide, glowing with celestial energy. "But I'm not some delicate flower, Ethan. I'm a Celestial hybrid, prophesied to save the world. I need a partner, not a jailer!" Mason, who had been watching our exchange silently, chose that moment to intervene. "She's right, Ethan. Aurora is stronger than either of us realized. She needs support, not control."

He looked nothing like a vampire; the characteristic white colour associated with them was lost in his instead he had a caramel colored complexion. "I'm Cade, Ryker's stepbrother," Cade said, smiling, the action, making him look even more attractive. I gawked at him. Ryjers step brother was a vampire?, and a pretty good looking one too. That would explain why sometimes Tyjers eyes had shades of different colors. He was a hybrid. Hybrids were extremely rare as vampires and wolves have always been known to be common enemies. The concept of either of the species falling in love with each other was something that seemed highly impossible.

I wish he hadn't maybe instead of facing this alone I would have him to support me. "Rouge, you won't be punished for this I promise." The voice broke through my train of thought, I glanced up to see the space he had been empty. Arms were wrapped around me; I don't know when he moved beside me yet alone when he started to hold me but I doubted he held that type of power, he was to young to be a alpha and Alpha James would never listen to just any wolf. "Look at me." His hand softly grazed my chin turning my face to meet his own. "You. Will. Not. Go. Rouge." Each word made a sentence of their own, driving the importance of the words into my mind. His deep pink lips parted. “Shane Harley sir.” He introduced himself, sticking his hand out. Mr. Davis had no problems shaking it. Mr. Spencer followed by example. “I’m Raine’s… I mean, Ms. Mcclaren’s shadow for the next few months.” Mr. Davises face beamed. “You should consider yourself a lucky kid!”

Darcus glanced at Ella one more time solemnly before we moved to the patio to sit. "I'm not mocking you. I'm just curious. Hybrids are extremely rare in our Dragon realm. It's challenging to find them," Darcus said. Hybrids are a unique species. When two different species mate, their offspring usually inherit one of the parent's energy types. For instance, if a dragon and a witch have a child, the child will either be a witch or a dragon. However, the infant often doesn't survive when a hybrid is born. The power within them is too intense and uncontrollable. Only a few can successfully manage this energy.

"Is your stomach a dimensional crack?" The winged hybrids did not dilly-dally nor did they wait for Diana to let her answer. Two winged hybrids from her left and back sides dashed to attack her. To hasten her speed and double her agility, Diana concentrated half of the wind attribute Kayorum Infigris to her feet. Dodging her opponents with one clear move, she maneuvered her hands. Aiming at the roaring winged hybrids, two blade-like winds cut the two winged hybrids in half in the blink of an eye.

He answered before continuing to walk down the hall. "Her wolf?" I ask, looking at Jessica. "Yes, her wolf. She is a hybrid, the first of her kind, and Odett is the second. We have no clue what kind of hybrid Odett is other than a wolf, but Rain is a wolf/witch hybrid." She said, and then she walked around me and into Rains' room. "I told you! Now you look like an idiot because you couldn't listen to me or your beta!" Ryker says as I stand in the middle of the doorway, dumbfounded.
