Members of the media began screaming out questions, the story seemed juicer now than it had before and Aria could already see the headlines. “Bodyguard or Billionaire” Deagan pointed out to a younger woman in the crowd who looked to be elbowing her way to stay afloat in the crowd, “I’ll take my first question from the young lady in red.” the girl looked around to see who he was referring to before releasing it was her and her eyes widened. “Uh, okay, sorry. Uhm, I wanted to know-” She eyed the people around her with nervousness and a flushed face, “I wanted to know how you thought of the alias, Ivan D’Heart?” Deagan smiled, not the first question he was expecting.

“You know that is not the answer you are supposed to give? Karen, you can talk to me about anything you know that right?” She hummed in response not saying anything. I thought of the best way to break the ice. “Random questions.” My wolf suggested. I snapped my finger in delight. “Okay, I think I know how we can get you in the mood. Let’s ask random questions while we share the whiskey.” Karen furrowed her brows. “How does that work?” “Just ask whatever comes to mind.” “Okay. "A game? What kind of game?" "A question game," he said, a boyish grin curving his lips that made him look disarmingly handsome. "Simple rules. We take turns asking each other random questions. That’s actually a good question. I’ll keep that.” Next scroll. “That’s funny… but if I ask it, will I sound weird?”

Leo asked out of the blue. "There's not much to say, but if you want, we can play twenty questions," I asked softly. He nodded, and I went first. "What is your favorite color?" I asked "Black, you?" "Blue and gray" "favorite food?" "Italian, you?" "Chocolate" "You understand that chocolate isn't the type of food I asked about, right?" Leo said as he flashed me his sexy dimples. "Whatever, next question" I said, sticking out my tongue.

I started flicking through the book on poisons, racking my brain for anything that might give us an edge so we wouldn’t be here all day and all night. The book opened at ‘W’ and I glanced over the list, not really taking it in. ‘Wolfsbane’ Ha.
