Disgusting, it should be rank. E-rank.” she smiled satisfactorily. Soheila nodded as she agree with Sirene. “E-rank is better. --- ✦ INFINITE CHAOS SYSTEM — INITIALIZATION COMPLETE ✦ Congratulations, Host. You are currently ranked: #9,876,532 out of 9,876,532 active users. You are in last place. Please try not to embarrass the System. --- I read it once. I read it again. I read it a third time, in case the words rearrange themselves into something less insulting on the third pass. They do not. "Last place," I say, out loud, to the glowing interface floating in my modest room above a cracked floor. “A Seer has the gift to read what lies in your spirit — your strength, your power, your rank. It’s not something that can be trained. It’s what you’re born with.” My throat went dry. “So… the Seer will tell me what I am?” “She will tell you your rank,” Miss Daria said. “Every werewolf is born into one of four ranks — Sovereign, Elite, Core, or Base. They are the second in command of any pack.

He is fascinated by her beauty" Chelsea sighed. She walked away from there abruptly. "She can't be Raven. Raven doesn't have so much money and if she is Raven, why did she let my brother attack her sanctuary?" Carly worried over it.

Piper answered, already pulling me through the crowd. The rankings. I frowned in confusion as we stopped in front of the crystal display, my eyes moving slowly down the glowing names. One. Two. Three. My gaze kept climbing. Ten. Twelve. Fourteen. Then my breathing stopped. Fifteen. Azura. I blinked once, then twice, certain I had read someone else's name. I looked again. It was still there, still mine. "What does this even mean?" I asked, completely lost. Piper looked ready to faint. "You entered the rankings," she said, pointing at the screen with a trembling finger before looking back at me.
