"You're not going to fall," Ava said. "And if you do, you get up and you run it again, and the falling becomes part of how you learn not to fall. That's the whole process." A pause. "Okay," Jade said quietly. "From the top." Jade ran the sequence again. It was cleaner. Not perfect, but noticeably cleaner, the hesitation on the count smoothed out by something that looked like the specific relief of a person who had been given permission to trust themselves.

I turn my eyes away from him and try to act calm. "Nothing. I have nothing urgent. I am not in a hurry. I... I just do not want to stay with you. Has anyone told you that they hate staying with you?" Freddy smiles ironically. "Even if they think this way, they dare not say it directly." I purse my lips. "No wonder you dislike me. People around you dare not tell the truth, but I tell the truth all the time." Freddy thinks for a while and says, "I think you have mistaken. No man can bear his wife dressed like a prostitute and drink with other men."

Freeda frowned and seemed disgusted with our reaction. ''What's going on with you Freeda, it looks like you're out of your mind, '' Cassius said and laughed. "I'm telling the truth! He's a vampire!" Freeda dictated, I just shook my head and couldn't help but laugh. ''Just rest Freeda, you still have a fever,'' Flynn said and helped her stand up, Flynn also looking at Freeda's scratch on the arm. ''W-what happened to your arm?'' he asked worriedly.

Chapter 41. *.* Freddy moved closer to the cage and examined what he saw closely. "Hmm," he said and stretched his hand into the cage, he touched the blood and took his hand out of the cage. He took it to his nose and sniffed. He tasted it and smiled. "When do zombies start having red blood?" He smiled as he felt triumphant already. "And this blood is delicious" he started nodding as he gave the cage a very long stare.

Xenoah smiled sparingly at him. Fans? "They are already crazy" he whispered. The man laughed and looked at me. An etchoserang smile flashed on his lips. "So Attorney it looks like the news is real that you're busy right now" that Fredd guy stated with playfulness. Xenoah laughed before wrapping his hand around my waist. "What do you think?" he asked playfully. "Oh my ghosh!" the guy yelled and stood up still fanning with his hand. "You'll be breaking thousands of heart Attorney" he added.

“You must be out of your mind.” “I’ve been eagerly anticipating this moment—to return to this place.” Frederick stared out at the water, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of unease. His body was covered in a multitude of tattoos, leaving no space untouched. He served as a front-line soldier and held a beta position in my brother’s ranks. He had launched a surprise attack on Gray, completely unaware of his true abilities. Frederick reveled in the adrenaline of risky situations, seeking out thrills and excitement, while I remained content with my ordinary life.

She walks over to Ryder and pulls his arms around her before resting her face against his chest. "I suppose I'll have to adjust, how are you feeling?" Ryder gently pulls her chin up, capturing her gaze. "I honestly don't know; I was so afraid of what he would do to me if he found out about the baby. He paralyzed me and carved into me, I still have some scars." Freya's voice gets quieter the more she speaks, my heart breaks hearing her sound so small as she withdraws into herself.

Freddie sent out another hoot of laughter. “Dignity? Boy, what man wouldn’t love to have all the pretty ladies practically throw themselves at his feet?” Freddie exclaimed between laughter and James allowed his disgust to show. None of those women really were interested in him but his pretty boy face, as Freddie put it, or his bad ass reputation.

After about an hour of searching, Freddie found a room that looked filled with holding cages, as wild animals that to his horror held his friends, soldiers with whom he used to train. Pale dragon shifters, barely alive, almost naked, some even mutilated and with missing limbs. Freddie felt his blood boiling with the fire of revenge at Y but he had fellows to save first, so that is what he did. He allowed Nathaniel and Gideon to open the cage doors for them and then helped them make a beeline towards the path he had taken to reach there, so he could get off of the island with the survivors he had found.

He is humble enough to provide me with an answer, “Freddie is a cheeky bastard.” I no longer doubt if it's real or not because I know it is when he inserts two fingers inside me to prep me. Oh God! Am I ready for it?
