Red Eyes Wolf Novels & Stories

The wolf's eyes shone a golden color, piercing and dangerous. Note looked at the strange wolf closer ‘His eyes are different.’ She spoke. Just as obsessed with the look of the large wolf as I was. I saw what she saw. Those golden eyes were rimmed. The left with a hue of red, the right a hint of green. Just the slightest outline encompassed the golden. You would miss it if you weren’t staring like Note and I were. Next to the unusual wolf stood Rhett, Eyes dark with the mark of the knight hiding his light green eyes. His teeth poked over his bottom lip and claws curled from his fingers. Sporadic hair covered his arms and face.

I'm unsure if I can get out of this place alive. I tried everything, but I couldn't find a way out. Do my baby, and I have to give up at the hands of that Rogue wolf? I closed my eyes as a shadow appeared in my head. The shadow of a two-tailed wolf, its tail burning reddish like fire. Its eyes had two colors, red in its left eye and blue in its right eye. In my image, the wolf roared at the ravine's edge with a heart-wrenching howling. Her screech made me feel the same sadness. I even thought that I was the wolf.

His full face came to view and I feel my eyebrows reach the roof. Although his hair was sleeked backwards, the strength of whatever gel product he had used was wearing off, letting loose a small curl of baby hair on his face, right above his other eyebrow that I didn’t see before, shaped to match the second, making it look like he had a constant glare. His eyes were pitch black, I’ve never seen that shade of black before, in fact I’ve only ever seen really dark brown eyes before. But deep within what seemed like a never ending pit of black iris, held a color, red, deep flaming red, like what humans used to describe hell. It looked like his wolf’s eyes.

His ears flattened, and a low, earth-shaking snarl erupted from his throat. From the darkness beyond the ancient oaks, a different pair of eyes emerged. These weren't gold. They were the color of a fresh wound—a jagged, pulsing red. The red-eyed wolf was smaller than Zayden but leaner, scarred, and radiating a malice that made the very trees seem to recoil. Behind him, a dozen more shadows shifted. A pack. A hungry, vengeful pack. Zayden stepped in front of Kaelira, his hackles rising, a wall of midnight muscle shielding her from the crimson gaze.

Nigel smiled – a cold threatening kind. Eirika felt fear well inside her. She wanted to warn Nigel that the men were not just werewolves but the feral kind. Her father had taught her how to note the differences: the ferals have dark irises that flash when angry. Humans or the unchanging have normal-colored eyes with no glow in them, werewolves with Lycanthrope blood have gold circles around their regular eye colors and their eyes flash white when provoked. They can instantly change into their Lycan form like a chameleon and don't need the full moon. They also share the same eye color with their beasts, unlike the regular werewolves which have the largest population. Their eye color is a dull

Often, he will say that it’s for my protection, but sometimes, I guess it is to hide the color of my eyes from everyone. A dark fiery red color glows over the orbs of my eyes. It was bleeding and it is too much to handle for normal eyes. Werewolves only have three variations of colors for their eyes in distinction with their rank. Red is for the alpha, green is for the beta, and yellow-orange for the ordinary ones. However, those eye colors only appear during the transformation. Mine appears every time and I had no control of it. That’s why when I was almost a teenager, he hired someone to hide the color of my eyes. And I’ve been hiding it for a very long time.

The red wolf slowly closed the distance between him and Marietta, he circled around her sniffing her randomly then moved back a bit. Marietta was startled by the wolf, it didn't seem like it could talk. Perhaps it was one of the normal wolves, not those cursed with Lycanthrope like her. But she never saw a red wolf before, she had seen brown, black and white wolves. The eye color too stood out, normally a shifter's eye color comes from their inner wolf and there was no record of wolf with golden eyes. “I found you,” The red wolf said and turned around, it disappeared into the forest.

Perhaps it was killing an innocent, or going against pack laws. 'I never knew.' 'How could you? To pack wolves, we are all the same. No one even spares us enough of a glance to even notice that we don't all have the same eye colour.' 'Speaking of eye colour, how come your wolf has your green eyes? I've never heard of a wolf having green eyes. Typically they change to yellow or black. But never green. Is that also a rogue trait?' I ask, genuinely curious.

The rogue's eyes were locked on mine and its snarl was already deepening. As I slowly stared myself at the pond beside my, reflecting under the moonlight, I was stunned. It was a wolf unlike anything I had ever seen. I wasn’t like this before from the way I remembered. My fur was a deep, shimmering red. It was the shade of embers right before they burst into flame, and faint streaks of gold shimmered when the moonlight caught me. Also my eyes, they weren't my normal brown. They also glowed faint amber, like molten sunlight.

JACOB Ryan, Silas, and I walked into the forest and shifted into our wolves. Both Ryan and Silas are gray wolves, and I am black, but unlike most wolves, my eyes don’t look the same in my wolf form, and my eyes are red. Some say it will change when I find my fated mate, so I guess now it will never change. ‘You are quiet, Alpha, everything alright?” Ryan asks.
