I gasped. The hospital was on a hill. Below us, the city was a mess of grey buildings and traffic. But the sky wasn't blue or even grey. It was a deep, bruised **Purple**. And hovering over the tallest skyscraper in the distance was a massive, glowing red **"X"**. It looked like a scar on the world. "That's the 'Delete' icon," I whispered. "Yes," the woman said. "And it’s acting like a magnet. It’s pulling the 'Trash' of a thousand years into our reality. We call it the **Manifestation Event**."

Reality outside the viewport didn't just bend; it shattered. The blue sky and fluffy white clouds of Earth were instantly replaced by a blinding, chaotic kaleidoscope of impossible colors. This was The Bleed—the hyperspace between dimensions. It was a terrifying, mesmerizing ocean of raw data streams, dormant magical energies, and the skeletal remnants of erased realities.

But they’ll get over it once it’s done. I throw on real clothes, grab my room key, and head out. The beach is nearly empty, moonlight barely lighting the rocky coastline. I move toward a large outcropping, where I’d seen movement. I summon a spell—black and purple energy sparking between my palms. But when I round the rocks and step into view— They’re already dead. Roweena. Iona. The Red One. Laid out on the sand. Clouded eyes. Blood pooling beneath them. Chests torn open, hearts missing.

The border between the Eastern Region and the Red Wasteland was not a line on a map; it was a physical scar on the earth, a place where the green world died and the dust took over.
