His red eyes were looking at me as if he was going to kill me right here and right now. Red eyes, black hair, and an evil aura. His features perfectly match the crazy rogue from the rumor. “Who are you? And why did you enter the borderline?” The crazy rogue in the rumor killed all the wild rogues who tried to harm and enter the Blood Moon Pack territory. He will feel threatened once he finds out who I am. But I am certain that this crazy guy would never kill me. “I am Regis. The Alpha of Green Forest Pack,” I introduced. The smell of death permeated the frigid air.

I didn't die, so I need to stop blubbering like a ninny and start paying attention to the most amazing thing to happen to me ever. "Greetings, Penny. My name is Reg'iantros Vel Veratu, but you may call me Reg," he said with a brilliantly white smile. She was relieved to see his shiny choppers didn't include razor-sharp points or extended canines. Fingers crossed, this means he didn't snatch me for dinner.

There was so much about Higan that I did not know and it didn't look like he was ever planning to tell me. I sighed and pulled out my phone from my pocket. The company name sounded familiar but I wasn't sure so, I turned to the internet for help. I had to find out how high the stakes are.

’ I shout, clinging onto his lifeless body as tight as possible. Nathan approaches, ‘Alpha Maximus, we’ve searched the perimeter. Other than blood, there are no bodies or sightings of any vampires. They have long gone. They must be fast to have gotten out of here this quickly,’ he says. ‘Thanks, Nathan. I need you to get Alpha Greg here straight away. Tell him the vampires are back and have killed Micah.’ My Dad looks at me as I continue humming and rock Micah in my arms as if he is simply taking a nap. Dad takes a deep breath as he slowly looks over Micah’s body and turns back to Nathan. His voice trembles, ‘Tell Alpha Greg he will need to bring his full retrieval kit,’

Ellie argued. "He is seriously cute in that thing though. I will have to give you that one," I chuckled. Because he was. Maxwell pulled off Tigger better than Tigger pulled off being Tigger. He looked so damn cute and I would give him anything if he was to come to me dressed like that when he was three and able to talk properly.

My statement of facts and position with a link to sign the petition was like a depth charge, igniting a violent undercurrent within the company. Messages flooded the anonymous group chat named "We Workers Are Powerful," set up by Larry. The chat had been a hub for them to give likes, share ideas, and rejoice in their gradual triumph over the past 24 hours. However, now, it had transformed into a battleground of fear and distrust. [What should we do? What should we do? Samuel's move is too ruthless! He is asking each of us to pledge our loyalty!]

"Brandur is one. You remember he is called The Destroyer?" She fought back the gratifying smile that tugged at her lips with his growing unease. Maybe she could scare him enough into abandoning his plan and tell her where baby Brand was before the wolves caught up to them. "And they are not just regular wolves," she continued. "They are the size of the legendary Dire wolves. Brand's wolf comes almost up to my shoulder on his flat feet. His teeth are as fearsome as the Háhyrnir (killer whale) that roamed our sea."

I assured him. “Again, can’t wait.” He sarcastically said, but I could’ve sworn there was a glint of relief in his eyes. “Enough of this gushy talk, tell me, how do you feel?” “Normal.” “Ok, good start. Come smell me.” Max asked, sticking his neck up for me. I took a whiff, sandalwood, but this time I sneezed at the smell. “Perfect. You're cured for the time being. Now let me go find a way to get rid of these urges for the beast, but not the beast’s sister.” Max began walking out mumbling something along the lines of, “can’t live with um, especially when they don’t let you kill the one thing that could ruin our clan.”

I gasped and clamped my mouth when it dawned on me that they are talking about my house. "That's good , How much is your remaining balance" " Our balance is 40 million" "Ok , 40 mill.... 40 what?!" "Sir , your ears has been working since, we said Forty million dollars" The man said brusquely. "I thought I gave you twenty million and our agreed balance was two million , why Forty million dollars" " We are talking about the lives of human beings , not chickens , okay?" "But.." "No buts ,Mr Rogers or else I'll tell the whole world what you sent us for "

Seconds later, the sound of large wings disturbing the air drew Nya’s eyes skyward. He appeared over the moon first, as he always seemed to do, pausing there, silhouetted by the silver light, his red and black scales glimmering. Looking up at him, it was hard to think of him as anything other than a magnificent winged creature, a legendary, mythological being of mass proportion. Nya’s mouth dropped open as she gazed up at him, her awe temporarily disturbing her mission.
