There was even a mixture of black and red auras wildly leaping around the altar. A group of men in black garments were standing guard around the duo. Each of them emitted mighty auras, and they were all Transcendents. One of the men in black clothes approached a gallant lady and reported the current situation to her, “Miss Regulus, we have blocked all the roads around the premises, so that the masters can fight Wikkan with peace of mind later.” This lady was none other than Celia Regulus, the granddaughter of Silas Regulus, and Six Doors’ Red Phoenix.

A heavy boot connected with Julian’s ribs, sending him flying across the hallway and crashing into a rack of suits. "Don't you ever," a voice growled, "lay a finger on her again." Liam stood over Evelyn, his face a mask of murderous shadow. He didn't even look at Julian; his eyes were fixed on the blood pooling near Evelyn’s head. The air in the boutique seemed to drop twenty degrees. As Julian scrambled to stand, his face twisted in narcissistic outrage, Liam lunged. A bone-shattering punch connected squarely with Julian’s jaw. The sound of the impact echoed through the boutique, a dull crack that sent Julian reeling into a glass display case.
