Fated to the Beast

Fated to the Beast

" Once again, the symbols on the pages of the book on Rain's lap suddenly turned into fragments of memories and pieces of events that she had never known before. The memory was now entrenched in her head. The runes inscribed on the book's pages seemed to jump into sharp focus. Against Rain's will, she thought and remembered everything she had forgotten in childhood. If the runes were words, they indeed were, but there was a deeper meaning than any word he could imagine. The runes that Rain was staring at on the page of the book seemed to be breaking through her memories. Now Rain regains the first memory she ever had as a child. The memory flooded Rain's head with excruciating pain. Instead

What Page Are You On, Mr. Male Lead

What Page Are You On, Mr. Male Lead

I was speechless. 'Ah, I forgot about that.' The book I was reading was called 《The Male Lead's Lover》. It was a story filled with crappy cliché, and I also don’t know what I ate to read that kind of book. Maybe I was momentarily out of my mind and bought that book in the bookstore, or maybe I was asleep as I picked that book on the shelf.

Rise Of The Broken Luna

Rise Of The Broken Luna

I stared blankly at the bookshelf in front of me. No. Absolutely not. I shoved the thought away immediately. I am not going to think about him. Especially not after the way my pulse had reacted earlier when Derek looked at me in the training grounds. And definitely not after Fiona’s teasing. Nope. I walked over to a shelf in search of a book, trying to divert my attention from dangerous thoughts. The shelves here seemed older than the others, filled with history texts, magical records, and strange psychological studies. One title immediately caught my attention. Childhood Memory Loss and Magical Trauma. My fingers stilled on the spine and slowly, I pulled the book free. A strange heaviness s

Changing The Princess's Fate

Changing The Princess's Fate

Today, I came to the library to put back all the books that I got to study how to rule the empire but since it is no longer needed by me, I decided to finally put these things back. There, I asked my lady in waiting and maids to put the books where it is places last time.while I just reminisced a bit. I had a lot of memory in this place actually. Whenever I felt like I don't know about something, I will always struve hard to find out what I needed to know using this big library. Somehow, it feels amazing to be back here.

All the Names She Wore

All the Names She Wore

LIVIA (CHIARA) I was taught how to remember before I was taught what was worth remembering. They never explained it that way, of course. They used gentler words. Words that sounded like care. Support. Training. Recovery. They told me memory was a muscle, and like any muscle, it needed to be exercised. They told me forgetting was a symptom, not a choice. They told me remembering was a responsibility. I believed them because believing was easier than noticing what belief was costing me. At first, they asked me questions with answers.

When the Heart Remembers

When the Heart Remembers

Don't be stupid—" But before he could finish his little speech, Michael's voice boomed from the stage. He said slowly, his gaze sweeping over the crowd, "Actually, I already knew Aurora was at that party." The whole room froze. Audrey, my parents, and even I were stunned. Wait. Did that mean he remembered me that night? Even under the influence of the drug? My chest tightened as a bad feeling prickled at me. Audrey, though, thought Michael was finally speaking in her defense. Her chin lifted high again, her voice smug and loud.

I Remember the Wedding That Killed Me

I Remember the Wedding That Killed Me

Reminded me of that outbreak documentary you made me watch last year, don't laugh at me. I haven't made her watch any documentary. Not in this life. Not yet. That's a year from now, or was, in the version of this year I already lived through once, back when the world hadn't ended yet and Reyna and I still had lazy Sunday afternoons to waste on things that felt like fiction.

THE DON'S CAPTIVE MISTRESS

THE DON'S CAPTIVE MISTRESS

It had that faint smell of old books and a little dust mixed with it, and just right now, the smell of my future. I smiled to myself and found a book for beginners because I needed to remind myself of something I had forgotten for years. Chemistry for Beginners. I took it from the shelf, sat down, opened it, and went into it. I read slowly at first, trying to remember things I had completely forgotten. Some of it looked familiar, while some of it felt like I was seeing it for the first time. But I didn't care; I was going to learn it and pass. I smiled at that thought and continued reading until Angela came to find me.

good story by the way but you take way too long to develop and upload chapters its getting a little boring after nearly 300 chapters we still dont know if he loves her or not and why he's protecting her and from who too ,and of course one chapters per day is very diabolical and irritating thank you
PKQueen1
I love the book…and the storyline. It’s almost rage baiting readers how painstakingly slow you are with uploading chapters. Moreover, you only upload 1 per day. I don’t know if this is deliberate but you discourage readers from reading your other books. We still need to know WHY Axel cares about her

 NELLIE AND NAOMI

NELLIE AND NAOMI

The atmosphere of the island was serene and warm, despite the nearness of the sea and the lightness of swimwear. — At the center of the square There stood a massive book, bound in dark brown leather. Its pages were thick, as if made to bear the heaviest of emotions. It lay open to a blank page. This was the Book of the Lovers’ Remembrance. It was said that every name written within it could never be erased, never forgotten, but would be immortalized with the island itself. Naomi approached slowly, her eyes gleaming with pure wonder, curiosity mingled with an inexplicable sense of awe. Adel followed her, stood beside her, and gently placed his hand on her shoulder.

Eyes of Death

she seems determined to make me fail this one. "Good. I'll choose a page of the book and you will have to recite it for me!" It was fair to the girls because they read the book on the week of the test, but she's trying to fuck me up. And she would if I didn't have a photographic memory. "Let's start. Chapter 27, page 389!" It's a huge book, with 752 pages. Watering my lips with my tongue, I began to recite every single word of it.
