Ula said speeding up her pace. “Hold up, did you said the Leviathan? I have never heard of any kind of animal or supernatural being called that. The only Leviathan that I have ever heard of is the one from the bible. We learned about them during bible study when we were kids. They were God’s first creation that he ended up killing, because they became evil. I think that’s how that story went. I can’t remember the entire story. But what is this Leviathan?” Ji’lahni said frowning at the unusual name.

I ask Levi, looking up at him in question. Instead of answering my question, Levi begins to chant words I recognize from back at our pantry. “Revelata quae abscondita sunt.” The altar begins to shake at his words. “Revelata quae abscondita sunt.”, he repeats his chant, sending the altar backwards as stairs magically appear beneath them, spiraling down into darkness.

It is not meant to be anywhere near here. The Leviathan… Something about it niggled at my mind. When she had encased it in ice, the darkness I had felt from it… it felt oddly familiar to the darkness I feel around Arabella… but how was that even possible? A witch, even a dark one, couldn’t control a monster created by a god, especially to make it come after us… The Leviathan was meant to stay in the depths of the ocean. Why would it attack Yileyna, someone who was tied to the sea?

He stood at the center of the ruins, supported by a Silver wolf on one side and a Lockwood on the other—an image that would’ve been impossible days ago. His voice carried, rough but clear. “The Goddess is gone,” he said. “The hive is broken. The Veil’s lies are exposed.” Murmurs rippled through the gathered wolves. “But the world didn’t end,” Levi continued. “So we don’t get to collapse either.”

Iris screamed, vines erupting from her hands, trying to ensnare it—but they dissolved on contact. Elian raised his hand, the sigil flaring to life. “No!” Iris shouted. “It’ll burn you out!” “I have to try!” Light poured from him, searing through the chamber. The creature shrieked and began to unravel, torn apart by his raw power. The monolith behind it cracked, and one final word etched itself into the stone: Vaeroth. The Name of the Nameless. Damien was down there so I hung the torch and crouched. “What is it, Elder Tuhr?” Damien hissed, seemingly annoyed. Huh…was he that pissed he did not get to “pour his seed”in me? I caught sight of the person he was addressing— an older man whose face looked like it was caving in from age. He had an insanely long beard too, so when he spoke, I couldn't see his mouth at all. “I-It's the reckoning, alpha king! I…I have never seen magic like this one. It's dark witchery, my lord!”

I asked, staring into his eyes. “To me, you’re the strongest lady I’ve met.” He moved closer to me, giving me a kiss on the cheek. My cheek flushed red immediately, and he turned to face the sky. “That’s the Crescent Moon. The only moon with the most essential meaning in the world. Its powers are beyond our understanding, and I love watching it in its full bloom,” he began saying things again. He seemed to be a really emotional type of Alpha; that was his strength. He kept his emotions hidden during the day and poured them out at night. A real man.

he said, i nodded slowly my lips pursed as I stared at him turn around and walk out of the room. I reclined in my chair resting my head on the head rest and staring at the ceiling, after a while I sat up, pulled my laptop closer and searched for “Damon Brown”, his pictures popped up and I scrolled through all of them, nothing here suggests all of his background, he must have done a very good job hiding it. I clicked on one of his picture and I appeared bold on the screen, I removed my hands from the keypad, entwined my fingers together and rested my jaw on it supporting my hands with my elbow on the table.

Eve is already dead, Raphael already got punished and it's been years... You might raise a few eyes but whatever you say will blow over in a matter of days... " She yanked her arm from my hold, her disappointment shining through her sad teary eyes. "Why do you always say it like that? I thought you did all that because Margo was threatening you but now, all I see is someone evil and I don't know why I'd been blinded for so long that I am just seeing it now"

With so much hatred and disappointment in her heart, Nadine closed her eyes, and accepted her end, no matter how tragic it was. However, her journey to the underworld was disturbed when she constantly heard a bell ringing close to her ears. Gradually, she lifted her eyelids and then she blinked against the unfamiliar brightness. Was it the Moon Goddess coming to get her soul? “Nadine?!” She kept hearing a familiar voice nearby but who was calling her? Then her nose wrinkled as she smelled a faint scent of lavender around her. Nadine furrowed her brows as soon as she opened her eyes and took in her surroundings.
