Rhysand Novels & Stories

I froze with even more dread on seeing who it was. Rhys. I’d heard stories of him. The Rogue Alpha. The one who was rumored to rule the borderlands with his own law. He was drop-dead gorgeous as the tales read, almost as much as he was scary. Looked like he emerged right from the front page of a horror story, and he was the hottest villain in the book. “You’re in my boundary,” He spoke flatly, drawing me out of my thoughts. “Give me one reason not to kill you right now.”

The maid quarters were a beautiful representation of the kingdom of Ghandor. In the early morning, a cold air blew back and forth, causing shivers. Multiple groups of men practice swordplay, as usual, with distant metal striking metal. He remembered the maidens and the over ten contenders who are getting ready for the second round, battling for His affection. Prince Kohl reached out of his bed, glanced out the window, and heard a silent whisper, a voice echoing,'she is the queen of the iron throne'. He looked around his bedroom and wondered whether he was having a hallucination. 'No, this is real,' he exclaimed.

Mind-linking required full concentration—or so I assumed. He cleared his throat, his voice commanding my attention. “My name is Visaris Rael Rhysand. I’m the Lycan King. And most recently…your mate.” My heart gave a startled jolt. “Should I… bow? Call you ‘Your Majesty’?” I asked awkwardly. “No, that won’t be necessary. Visaris is fine,” he said, waving it off. “And you are?” “I’m Roisin. Roisin Sinclair. I’m a werewolf… eighteen years old. That’s… pretty much everything.”

“You all sit here arguing over my corpse like scavengers. I am not dead. I am not broken. And I will not be replaced.” “Your Majesty,” Rhys began carefully, “no one doubts your courage. But you’re in no state ” Her gaze cut to him, sharp as a blade. “No one rules while I breathe.” The words fell heavy, final. Lucia exhaled, half in relief, half in fear. Matteo looked at her as though seeing her for the first time again not as his wife, but as the storm that had built kingdoms and destroyed them with equal grace. Bianca turned to him last. “Where is the recon division?”

Meanwhile, Ruby, who looked like she was still trying to comprehend what just happened turns to Alexandra with a raised eyebrow. "And who is that mad dog, who thinks she can bark at anyone?" Ruby asks. "Raphael fiancee." Alexandra laughs trying to mimic Madison's voice. "Does she think, she can just talk to anyone the way she likes?" Ruby who seemed upset asks. She quickly hisses and hasten up her steps. "I'm not Madison, that made you angry oh," Alexandra calls out, walking behind her. Immediately they walk into the sitting room. Karis, who is obviously the first person to sight Ruby, exclaims.

As she opened the door, she scrunched her face up as she saw Zachariah standing in front of the door instead of Alston. “Where’s he?” She asked. Zachariah's eyes stared at her body, his mouth wide open as he couldn’t say anything. He couldn’t even find the right word to use for her. She was more, more than he expected. Swallowing, his eyes raked her legs, how the heck was Alston able to think of all this? The cloth, the body, how did he know it was going to fit? “Hello!” Arya snapped. He blinked rapidly, remembering who he was standing in front of, before he could say anything, he was firstly met with her thunderous eyes that sent shivers down his spine.
