Her eyes were wide with a frantic, darting terror.
"You shouldn't have come," she breathed, casting a glance toward the balcony. "Rhea, he’s not who you think he is. None of them are."
Behind her, the balcony door slid open. Finn stood there, the wind whipping his hair across his face. He looked different, more like a predator in his own den. He held a glass of amber liquid in one hand, and in the other, a small, black remote.
"She’s right, Rhea," Finn said, his voice devoid of the desperation from the night before. "You really should ha... ha... ha..."
