Novel & Cerita Rogue Elements Book

Haro throws me the keys, " get in a follow behind our vehicle, we'll take you as far as the highway and you're on your own from there okay, and as we said not a word to a soul about us understood? " " I will guard our secret with my life Haro " " very good, make sure you do that and be back before time runs out on you because if you're somewhere and rogues scent you, they will not hesitate to kill you Beau, and before you ask a rogue is a wolf that does not belong to a pack and being away from the packs destroys their minds, they lose their humanity slowly which makes them very dangerous and you can know a rogue by their scent, they smell like rotting meat "

“Why don’t you stay with me, eh? I can get you into the pack, at least temporarily, until you get back on your feet. They don’t like rogues, but I can speak with the alpha.” “What’s a rogue?” I asked. “It’s a werewolf without a pack. They smell differently, almost unpleasant. I think they smell that way to warn packed werewolves away from them. Most rogues live in their wolf forms and become more and more feral and savage the longer they stay in that form, so they can be dangerous and unpredictable if you come across them.” “Do I smell like that?” I asked, sitting up and studying him. “Yes, but I’ve gotten used to your smell now. I almost don’t even notice it anymore.”

I could do nothing but wait outside. They encountered rogues. It means Jules was just near where they came from. Jules' group is now strong because the rogues have sided with him. And rogues are dangerous and brutal kinds of werewolves. I read that they have no heart. I read that they won't think twice to devour you. They can compare to wild animals who don't have consciousness about right and wrong. According to the books I read, they also have minds, but they are naturally obsessed with darkness, killing, and blood. It's hard to tame them unless...if you propose something that they like. Jules probably promised them something, leading the rogues to team up with him.

I listened through the schoolroom windows while scrubbing floors, teaching myself math until I could calculate numbers faster than the noble kids sitting at the desks. They treated me like trash, but inside my own head, I belonged to no one. "You arrogant rat!" Mara raised the whip again, her arm shaking. "I'll teach you a good lesson on behalf of our Alpha, right now!" The whip came down hard. Riven, my wolf, spoke inside my mind. 'Drop the bottle! Let her hit it! Rook will break her jaw if she smashes one million dollars!' 'Rook won't listen to a servant,' I responded. 'He'll just say I dropped it on purpose and try to frame her.'

Others were partly damaged, but but that didn’t make them any cheaper. Some were noted to be the only remaining copy, others were termed to be extremely rare, while others were first editions. One book caught her attention. Even though it looked quite old, it was in good condition. Looking through it, she realised it was a book about rogues. It contained a detailed history narrating where rogues came from and how their conflict with the Lycan Kingdom developed over the centuries. It piqued Lyra's interest, but one look at the price tag–a staggering three hundred grand–stifled her excitement.

BONUS CHAPTER THE STRAGGLERS - BOOK 2 OWN HUNTER VAUGH I have a feeling there’s a heavy metal band playing only in my head, I open my eyes very slowly and light hits my iris like a thousand needles. With difficulty I sit on the bed and look around, two naked women sleep entangled together and I make and effort to remind me how did I end up here. This is not my bedroom, I drag myself to the edge of the bed and I get up, stretching myself. The sheet falls off and I hear one of them whistling, provoking me.

A Rogue. A Rogue is a werewolf without a pack. They often kill any werewolf they encounter; may it be a member of a pack or a similar rogue, like them. They are vicious plunderers. And that same vicious plunderer is right in front of me, deviously smiling. “Others cannot dodge my attack so easily like that. You’re quite good, pup.” He praised me, but I don’t feel good that he did so at all. I’m scared. “W-who are you, Mister?” I tried to sound brave, but aside from stuttering, my voice also cracked.

Nothing gave away the identity. My fingers hovered over the spine, then unsuccessfully I tried to read it but I could read one word. ‘Rogue’ My hand froze. Rogues? The memory of those rogues in the ruins flashed in my mind. Was this book about rogues? Who were they? Why were they… Then suddenly a voice came like smoke against my ear. “You like touching things that don’t belong to you?” I gasped, spine stiffening, heart leaping into my throat. His scent hit me first—stormy, rich, dangerous.

Arthur had felt their presence like an instinct he couldn’t explain. “I… I tried to stop them.” But it had been too late. They would never abandon their comrades to their deaths. All Arthur could do was go after them and try to kill as many rogues as he could. Didn’t know how many rogues there were, but he knew that the patrol members would be in trouble. They fought fiercely, ripping and tearing through the rogues in practiced patterns. A rogue was only at an advantage against one werewolf because rogues were fierce and irrational beasts. Against teams of three, a rogue lost the advantage of being unpredictable as the three werewolves could cooperate.

Rocco snuggled into her and shut his eyes. "Where is her magic now?" Amira asked her. Willow shut her eyes and took a deep breath before she let it out slowly. She matched her breathing with Rocco's, steadying her heart to beat alongside his. Her body relaxed and she muted out the noise of others to focus on centering herself with nature. She felt the soil beneath her tremble ever so slightly. The gentle breeze that graced her earlier had picked up into a gust around her. Not so far from the clearing she could hear a stream. Small orbs of water lifted up it and glided past Aiden and Amira. The orbs broke apart into thin streams that connected to one another and looped around her. She felt th
