Role-playing was almost a nightly occurrence. Sometimes we would stage our role-plays outside the safety of our home. On many occasions, I have 'picked her up' in bars. We've also role-played at restaurants, and even on street corners. In case you're thinking that I was responsible for initiating these games, you would be wrong. Most of the time it was Anna who chose the role-playing scenario. Her favorites were forced sex, bondage, and being a submissive little slut.

“You’ll be working together—management and healers—as a single unit. Like a real pack.” My eyes narrow. I feel like… I’ve done this. Rossi bitch was just one of my many faces and I stole it from a character of a sitcom on television. She owned her world and when I went into her role, I owned mine.

And it would’ve to if not for one fact. I was still here. Survival in a hostile situation was all about playing a role perfectly. If you were a strong fighter, than you needed to master that role. If you were a stealthy assassin, that that was the role you needed to perfect. And if you were a victim, than you needed to play the victim as hard as you could. So, before they even stepped through the door, I was already weeping and pleading.

“Not where I’m going with this, although, wouldn’t be the worst thing.” She shivered when my thumb traced slow, teasing circles along her palm. “Roleplay just means pretending,” I said, voice dipping low. “Now… I could pretend to be a monster.” I leaned in, brushing her bottom lip with my thumb, voice lowering to a dark whisper. “And you’d be the innocent angel who caught my eye.” Her breathing changed, ragged, uneven. Her eyes darkened just a shade. “You’d fight it. They always do. You’d run.” My voice edged with a growl, and her body shuddered.

The driver sighed and started the engine. "So how do you do it? How do you switch so quickly from that smiley and happy to all grumpy and indifferent, I mean I try and I do it really well but yours is top notch, it kinda looks different and too real. And when you switch, there's completely no trace of the previous emotion-" one model blabbered to Cynthia as the rest waited intently for her reply. I've never heard of it before. “Yeah role-play, like we each act out roles of each other. For example, I act like Ashley, and Ashley acts like me. We play out our roles in how each of one of us reacts, like copying each other's movements mockingly”.

“Brothers too?” “By now, they are already familiar with the rules and regulations. I give them a lot of cheating codes. Please anticipate their actions.” Shadow propped her chin on Orange’s shoulder. “What are their roles?” “Executioners.” Shadow raised her head and arched her brow. “Are you sure they are playing Amongst Us?” “No, they aren’t. Hana asked curiously. Roley smiled bitterly without answering, the secret of his identity not everyone could know. Roley is waiting for signs of their goddess' resurrection to return.
