I've read many, and I know how to make her books as dark as they can be. She must be new to writing it because she completely discarded the truly dark romance plot and went to the morally gray one. Just because I like dark romance doesn't mean I want to do this stuff to her.

My goal was not just to create a romance, but to create an experience one that lingers with you even after you turn the final page. I also want to acknowledge something very important: stories like this exist because of readers like you.
