He looked at me with his piercing green eyes ,I looked down having trouble maintaining eye contact with him,moving from foot to foot.

He held up the book so I could see how much of it he had read. “You’re reading my vampire romance?” Obviously, I knew this already, but I still couldn’t believe he actually had it in his hands. I was more than a little embarrassed. “Well, yeah,” Brandon said, pulling it away from me. “Fangs of Love by Amber Rose. It’s really quite interesting. I’m doing research.” He said it in an overly romanticized voice and I could feel my face turning red. “Just give it here,” I whispered, reaching for it again. He held it just out of my reach.

His warm hands on my face and his closeness set my body ablaze with my feelings for him, coupled with the soft words he was uttering. “Sandy,” he said softly and rubbed my cheekbones with his thumb. “I… After understanding what my heart is feeling… Sandy… I…” My heart hammered faster every second. I watch her hands open the page in the first quarter of the book. “I’ll read, you do.” I nod. “Okay.” I pray mentally, hoping it’s the intense bed scene. I will send a thank you letter to the author. “Okay, here you go.” I roll my eyes because the scene that I should do makes me look like an idiot. The female main character is an English professor at the University. This book is written from a first-person point of view.
