Roommates With Benefits Novels & Stories

He nodded as he checked it out. “This is nice. Way better than the tiny spots I’ve been looking at. Rent split sounds fair too.” He turned to her. “You sure you’re cool with a guy roommate? I know your ad said female preferred.” Mia shrugged. “I was hoping for a girl, but you seem normal. And I need someone now. If you’re good with the rules…no bringing random people over without asking, keep the common areas clean…we can try it.” Jamal grinned. “Deal. When can I move in?”

"Hi everyone, I'm Kelly Anderson. I'm the Wolf Princess." My roommate made a dramatic entrance the moment she walked in. She had on a full set of wolf fur, her makeup was flawless, and she appeared superior to everyone else in the room. "The Wolf Princess? From the ancient race in the myths? I heard they isolated themselves from society, but they're still known to be insanely powerful!" One of our roommates gasped in excitement and practically skipped over to her. Their eyes were wide with admiration. "Is that real wolf fur? That's so cool! I've never seen it before! I heard your people wear wolf fur all the time!"

I smiled a little and started talking. “It’s not like that, Mr. Writer. I mean, you haven’t introduced yourself yet. Please try to understand. I wasn’t planning to get a roommate until this morning, but it seems like I have no choice but to invite you into my apartment. You can live in the spare bedroom on the left down the hallway. I never use it, so it’s even better for the room, I think…”

“Is that just a fancy way of you saying you’d clear out for me if I want to have friends over?” “More or less” “So you aren't okay with the idea of others finding out we live together?” “Not yet, but soon, people might find out.” “And you’d want me to clear out for you as well?” "Pretty much, yeah," I said with a nod. I knew that even though the schedule Elise had pasted on the group did not include my house because she was trying to respect my ‘roommates' wishes,' there would soon come a time when they would want me to let them come.

It's not that I wasn't talking to other people to completely isolate myself… maybe I was also just used to have Toma with me. We actually see each other since we share the same room at the dorm, but we both made great effort to keep things in minimal, like our talks and other stuff. Also, I noticed that Toma found something for himself to be indulged in, so every seven at night he would go out and do whatever he got himself into. "Hey, I'll be late again tonight. So don't lock the door on me." He often tells me that whenever he's going out. "Just get the spare keys in the drawer." I told him while reading a book for my socialist class.

“It looks good on ya. You just look like a grown up, but I know better so …” She went to kick his shin but he dodged her, swiping her bags and starting toward the spare bedroom upstairs. “Can’t I stay downstairs?” Lucas stopped on the first step and looked back over his shoulder. “Nah, I have a roommate.” Delaney gave him three lazy blinks and looked around. “You what?” He shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t a big deal. “It’ll be fine, swear.”

she said. We both walked into the lecture hall and took seats beside each other. I opened the huge textbook I had with me and began flipping through the page. "Who's your roommate?" She asked. "Zeke," I said. "Girl, if it's Zeke Rodriguez, then you better get another dorm," she said with a knowing black American voice. "Why's that?" I asked. "You see, Zeke doesn't like sharing room with people especially girls so he's gonna get you transferred to another room, or rather you'll transfer yourself," she said in her normal voice.

“Can you just help me check? There must be another room available. I'll even pay…” “Mr. Thorne,” Katilyn cut in, “There's nothing I can do. We don't give special treatment to anyone here, you have to wait till the mid term breaks.” “Fine,” I grumbled as I grabbed my Student ID from the counter. As I turned to leave, her voice stopped me. “People who complained about their roommates in the past end up becoming best friends and request to be paired together for the rest of the session.” She smiled before turning back to her computer.

Amy says leading me to a garden seat and I nod my head to tell her that is okay. " back to business. .i saw a post that you are indeed of a roommate " she says once again. "ooh yes, I need a roommate . My apartment is big enough to b be fit for a a small family " I say. "it is too big for me alone.. .and I could equally need an income for a living while here. You know how expensive campus life can be. " I added. " I understand you completely . By the way I am a second year Business Administration student " she says. .ooh. she is a second year and not fresher like me. Hope this doesn't go into the outside direction and things backfire.

I rolled my eyes as I looked at them and turned back to Rex, our eyes met and I gulped in a thick saliva as I quickly looked away. "But…” He started again this time around with a broad smile. "Those who get to stay are sure to enjoy a lot of benefits like accommodations, daily bonuses and more effective health services and also, a new office would be opened which allows workers to take out a loan and pay back with a very little interest rate. You also have to get life insurance as well, just in case you get involved in any casualties during your working hours. Isn't that exciting?" Rex said as he took the podium now. He smiled broadly and yes, I could hear a few of the female workers who wer
