ARISSA'S POV I am Arissa Guiterrez, 21 years old, and I have a secret boyfriend. His name is Francis Monteverde. He is a vampire, but he is not an ordinary vampire because he is a vampire prince. Our relationship is forbidden because it is forbidden to love someone who is not of our kind, but I don't care. I love him so much that I am willing to break our law just for our relationship.

Willow stared at him for awhile as he kept his eyes away. "Is there something I can do? Get you water or...?" Willow paused. She was throwing options out there, but Dante was no ordinary being. She heaved a sigh and left the room. She went back to her classes as the break was finally over.

Samantha’s POV. I woke up to the pleasant aroma of Luna Rosario’s cooking; she is the Luna for the ice prowler’s clan. Beautiful and down to earth. She made my stay at their place so much fun. I learned everything I needed to know about werewolves and Vargulfs from her. So far, none of their histories relate to Cervantes; neither is his name mentioned. Rosario related her story to mine; she also got her first shift very late and was treated as an outcast .

The vampire was half dead, and whatever poison they gave it, was making it wild. Before it could climb up with only one leg, the vampire slumped on the edge of the window with only a name whispered out. “Bringer of death" in Japanese. Carl and I both stared at each other with popped eyes, and then at the vampire with mouth slightly opened.
