"There's no us, CJ. You should know that by now." We stroll slowly down the street, headlights burning my eyes as a car speeds past us. "I know you think I asked you to come on this walk to talk about us," says CJ. "But I actually wanted us to talk about a friend of mine from England, Grey." Is this some joke? Talk about his friend? What does that have to do with me? "Grey was a good friend of mine. Charming and funny. He had a way with women and was known to many as a womanizer. He slept with different girls every night and he was so afraid of commitments though you'd catch him dead if he ever confessed to that,"

And how did she get here? "Time to sleep, bitch!" Those were the last words that I've heard before I completely blacked out. *** CYRUS POV The meeting ended at around 8 in the evening and I am really looking forward to coming home and see Carmela. I missed her so much. For the past two weeks that I've spent with her, alone, I've learned so many things about her. She's a very simple girl. She easily gets shy and awkward but when she's pissed, you wouldn't dare to say a word that would make her even more pissed, if that makes sense?

Ty chuckled at his adorably beautiful daughter and kissed her on the forehead before going to his mate’s office. “Ok Dad !” Xel chirped and jumped out of the library window to secretly dance like her Dy along the rocky beach. As soon as the stealthy teenager’s feet touched the ground, she noticed frequent rings of smoke disappear in circles round the corner. Who’s out there puffing a cig so heavily, Xel thought and crept slowly round the corner only to bump into a shocked Jax ! “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE ?” they both asked at the same time.

A sign for him to get going. "You said she works at CJ, right?" Xavier asked, regardless of his Mom's warnings. Xander, who was already climbing the stairs stopped at his brother's question. "Hmm, brand management department" Xavier hummed for a while with his brows furrowed, trying to recall who that was because he was sure he had heard of her before and finally he was able to recall "Oh! I know her. She's the person who won best employee in the last CJ award party. It's really hard to forget her because she's an hard worker"

"I'm glad to see that you're all healed up." "Thank you," Rayne spoke in a tone that concealed her nervousness and I liked that. I did not want her to be intimidated by anyone. I wanted my lady to be strong. We sat down and a little while later, the door of the meeting room opened after we heard a slight knock. A lady in her early thirties walked inside. She had long dark brown hair, bronze skin, and hazel eyes. 'A Middle Eastern beauty,' I read Rayne's thoughts. I wanted to tell her that even if this woman was beautiful, her beauty was nothing compared to hers.

I hear a girl say in almost a whisper it's as if she is trying to keep quiet so she won't get caught. "Chto za chert?" I say with my thick Russian accent. (what the hell?)"Who is dis?"I say I guess she is trying to think if she should continue a few seconds later she does. "It's Jaymes, Jadens little sister please tell him I need him to help me please. I know it's later but he is the only one I can call, tell him he told me that I can reach out to him anytime at my parents and brother's funeral. Well I'm reaching out now. Please." she said crying as quietly as she can now I know she is hiding and sit up my bed realizing that she might really need help.
