Rufus spat with venom, his eyes a blaze in fury. Cain's gaze instantly flicked to Rufus, “Y-you can't do that! I'm Alpha Cain Wuffaman!” Rufus strode forwards, his face an inch from Cain's. “And I am High Lykos Alpha Rufus Farkasa!” Rufus roared “And after what I've heard today you do not deserve the Wuffaman name! Your father would have never stood for it!” Wade, Rufus's second in command appeared as if out of thin air and placed his hand on Rufus' shoulder. “Rufus, let him go,” he murmured far more calmly than any other male in the vicinity.
