She walked towards the bathroom and washed up before walking towards the closet to get her dress for the day. She placed it on the bed before walking outta the room.. Samantha went downstairs without bothering to check his study because she thought he'd already left for work. She was on her way to the dining room when she saw a maid carrying a food tray and heading towards the stairs.. “ Whose meal is that?” Samantha asked and the maid stopped immediately before bowing respectfully to her.. “ I was told to take it to, lord Damian, Ma'am.” She politely spoke and Samantha's brightened up a bit when she realized that Damian had not left yet..

She was wearing sunglasses which is why her eyes weren't visible and she was continuously fanning herself as the sun was shining hot. Samantha is a model, a Victoria secret model to be exact. She was in the Maldives for her shoot for the past two months. She has heard a lot about this handsome man standing in front of her from her cousin sister, Natasha. Whenever they used to have a phone call or video call, Natasha won't stop gushing about this handsome driver of their grandmother who apparently saved their grandmother's life. Now that she saw him, Natasha didn't do justice while praising him because he is much more than that. He was so handsome but too bad he is a DRIVER. And her standard

Lawrence glared at Darren, who was laughing. I looked up at the sound of some people laughing. Samantha walked in with Addison, next to her. They were laughing rather loudly, oblivious about all the heads they turned. Samantha had changed her outfit to a black tight-fitting bodycon dress, with thin straps. It hugged her in all the right places, accentuating her curves. "Hi!" Samantha greeted, eyeing Darren and Lawrence. They both stood up to greet her, Darren shaking her hand gently. "I'm Samantha," she introduced herself.

Her words lightly brushed over the cold and rigid core of Ethan's heart, making it beat fiercely. Samantha continued, "Look, both of us have experienced having a child out of wedlock. You're twenty-eight, and I'm twenty-three. You stand at 1.89 meters, while I'm 1.68 meters tall. It's like we're perfectly matched for each other. ***

Robert, who was at the side, felt like he was about to have a mental breakdown since Kayden was also not picking up his calls. “Grandfather?” A gentle female voice full of hesitation, as if she were scared to speak too loudly, echoed softly through the room, miraculously shifting everyone's attention to her. “You,” Old Master Hunt blurted in surprise, his eyes narrowing in suspicion. “Sorry for interrupting,” Samantha said in a gentle voice as she slightly bowed to show her respect before approaching Grandfather Smith. I would talk about going on a hunt for the perfect mother of my children but she was working for me all along. My secretary was the perfect fit. Her name was Samantha Logan, nicknamed Sam. I couldn't make this up. She grew up in a small town in Southern Georgia. So small, the biggest event of the year was a peach festival. Her father was a minister, mother a school teacher. She was my perfect little slice of pure Americana. A wonderful wholesome balance to the mighty level of f*cked up which I inherited.

"Yeah, sure, that's why. Bye, Sam...have a nice life with Mr. Darcy." I hear the anger in my voice. It's not that I want to be angry or jealous. I hate being replaced by a man I haven't met yet. Sam sits down on the couch. This is her universal sign that she isn't leaving. "You're upset. And I want to know why. And stop calling him Mr. Darcy." "Of course, he's Mr. Darcy. He's British and perfect." "If he's Mr. Darcy, then who am I?" Sam asks as she bats her eyelashes at me. It drives me crazy, seeing those butterfly wings open and close on her baby blues.

When she was finally outside the common hallway, she stopped and let out a long and heavy sigh. “You don’t deserve a man like him, Ms. Sam,” the one who assisted her said calmly. She hissed angrily. “What a jerk! And I thought he’s a dream come true guy after reading all those articles about him. He must have paid those writers to sing his praises.”
