William quickly pulled her behind him. "I forgot to introduce her to you, Mr. Hunt. This is our new colleague, Samantha Judd." Tyler glanced at Samantha briefly, then looked down at his watch with disinterest. "I see. Never heard of her." Samantha's eyes filled with hurt, her cheeks flushed red. She clutched William's jacket, her voice thick with emotion, calling out, "William..."

I’m Sam,” Samantha greeted warmly, using her nickname. “Yes, ma’am,” William’s sister replied, shaking her hand. Samantha was kind and gentle, which amazed William’s sister even more. She didn’t report to Jennifer right away and decided not to take a picture, afraid Samantha might notice. Samantha then called her daughter.

I have never heard of a wolf that could speak and wasn’t a werewolf. “Samantha… My name is Samantha.” I briefed her. She shook her head as she stared at me. I'm sure you will come to love her," Alec's words made Samantha frown in disappointment. As a cold-blooded vampiress from a wealthy family, she had the means to punish those who irked her. Now that she failed to get what she wished, it only got her more annoyed. "It was just a misunderstanding, Alec," spoke Lauren with a thoughtful look. "Don't worry, while Samantha stays here, I will make sure to treat her like a sister. We will get along if we spend more time together for sure."

I needed to understand why she had kept this secret, and what role she had played, I don't know why this Samantha chick isn't really sitting well with me.
