Harvey York's Rise to Power

Harvey York's Rise to Power

Harvey York slightly frowned while seeing this scene. He knew that the Islanders had strong characters when he was on the battlefield before, especially the samurai of the Island Nation. Once they were defeated, they would rather commit suicide than surrender. This onmyoji from the Tsuchimikado family actually committed suicide after he was being captured, which was beyond Harvey’s expectation.

FIGHTER

FIGHTER

Sorin said as his lips threatened to break open into another grin. "Sheesh you don't even know how useful this weapon you uncultured swine.! Just ask Eugene he will tell you just how useful this weapon is!" Eira huffs out defiantly. "Who?? Who is this E-Eugen??" Sorin asks confused. "Not Eugen it's Eugene, you know the dashing bandit who's nose always ends up getting skewered on the wanted posters?" Eira says as she looked at him if he understood. Sorin still looked confused.

I assured him. “Again, can’t wait.” He sarcastically said, but I could’ve sworn there was a glint of relief in his eyes. “Enough of this gushy talk, tell me, how do you feel?” “Normal.” “Ok, good start. Come smell me.” Max asked, sticking his neck up for me. I took a whiff, sandalwood, but this time I sneezed at the smell. “Perfect. You're cured for the time being. Now let me go find a way to get rid of these urges for the beast, but not the beast’s sister.” Max began walking out mumbling something along the lines of, “can’t live with um, especially when they don’t let you kill the one thing that could ruin our clan.”

I explained, and they were all confused. "You mean you are behind what we heard happened in Rukum?" The Sarki asked, and I nodded. "How? What deity do you speak of?" "Ruhun'Daji," I replied, and they were all shocked. No one could speak. "Are you sure of what you are saying?" One of the chiefs asked me. "I can prove it. In fact, that is why I have come here. She is ready to liberate her people." I said confidently.

Zach continued. "Why would you consider going anywhere?" Mr. Smithers asked. "This wasn't your problem. You weren't being hunted." "I am a mixed martial arts fighter," Zach replied. "I have studied the martial arts for more than 15 years. My studies have coalesced around the Japanese concept of Bushido, which is an overarching term for all the codes, practices, philosophies, and principles of samurai culture. Though it had its origins at the end of the Heian period of 794--1185, it wasn't until the Edo period of 1603--1868 that it was formally defined and applied in law by the Tokugawa shogunates, following Confucian texts, while also being influenced by Shint

I apologized to him, to which he laughed and said, "No problem, keep it." It looks pretty classy, though,” I remarked skeptically. When I wanted to give it to him, he refused with his hand. "It doesn't just look classy, it is classy. This is honan silk, a very valuable fabric from Japan. If you look closely, you'll see that it's laced with platinum and gold threads around the edges,” the samurai informed me. "Then I really can't accept it. It's way too valuable," I said, but he said, "But I want to give it to you. So you have something that will always remind you of me."

Falling for Sakura

A note on Japanese honorifics and family members' words used in the story starting from this point onward. Japanese Honorifics -San: Derived from sama, is the most commonplace honorific, and is a title of respect typically used between equals of any age. E.g. Sebastian-san. -Sama: Is a markedly more respectful version of san and can be used for any gender. It is used mainly to refer to people much higher in rank than oneself. E.g. Oka-sama (mother).

Leading My Family to Glory

Kenzo Harusame laughed abruptly and said, “You don’t have to provoke me. Now that I’m here, there's no way for me to go home empty-handed.” As soon as he said that, Kenzo leaped down from the top of the deck.
