Save Me (Montiero Series #1)

To the Man I saved, If you can read my letter to you, I hope I will give you hope to continue living. I do not even know your name, I do not know what your problem is and you want to disappear. I just want to say that ... fight back. You can do it! What a waste of your good looks if you lose. Think also of the people around you, the ones you will leave behind. How can that woman be for you, you already know me, right? Just a joke. But, I hope when we both meet, you will be successful and happy in your life.

What Nobody Sees

What Nobody Sees

Who's going to save you? 'Who's going to save me? Who even could? Who?' Only I can save myself. Only I can keep living life the way I always have. 'They're just collateral damage, right?' There's always some. I can feel something waking up inside me—that same thing I felt when I watched Cansú drown in the lake. That beast that... —Michael, please.

Save Me

Save Me

"No, you couldn't. If you could, you would've been able to fix this before. You wouldn't be here hiding with us if you are capable of doing anything." "You have no fucking idea what I'm capable of." I yelled at her angrily. "The only reason I'm here is because I'm trying to play fair with everyone else. They might get into a grave danger if they try to save me once I do my original plan." "Then wake up. Best, seriously. If you go anywhere people will be in danger. You have to stay here and protect the people you love." "By letting Jake and the others go without me. How on earth is letting them leave going to protect them?" I stated completely pissed.

THE CEO WHO SAVED ME

THE CEO WHO SAVED ME

" Well mother, you are not God so you can't decide my life anyhow you want so that's why I am still alive" " This is one big joke right?" Kathleen couldn't believe what she was seeing. She knew the height of the cliff she had pushed her from and also watched her body get battered by tree branches and the knife wound on her stomach, how did she survive all that. A lot of questions were running through her mind as she kept staring at the woman sitting in front of her. " I believe you are shocked mother but no need to be, you wanted to see Teresa Martins right?, So here I am". Amy was enjoying the look of defeat on Kathleen's face and was secretly recording a video. She has to watch this pricel

Saving Another With My Life

Saving Another With My Life

I checked the time and dragged my not fully healed body over there. By the time I arrived, the reporters had already filled the venue, and the place was packed. Through the crowd, I immediately spotted Quintus and Vanessa. Quintus stood beside her wheelchair, looking at her with tender concern, while Vanessa had dressed herself to appear more gravely injured than she actually was. They held hands, playing the role of a devoted couple perfectly. A reporter turned to Vanessa and asked, "Who do you want to thank the most for surviving this disaster?" Vanessa gave a weak but radiant smile. "I want to thank the doctors who saved my life. Without them, my baby and I wouldn't be here today."

Saved by the Alpha

Saved by the Alpha

"I'm gonna bury the sleeping mat and I don't know, dude, make it look like she actually ran away. If Alpha Maddox finds her like this we're all fucked." "Whatever, man, the rogue will scent out an easy kill like her in seconds anyway." His feet crunched away. "Runt," Gamma Graham whispered. "Open your eyes." My eyelids flickered. The Gamma sighed. "Look," he said tersely, "I've left you a sack lunch, some water, bandages and medication. For everyone's sake, I suggest you run. Run far. Run fast. If Maddox finds you in this state you won't be the only one who suffers. All wolves will pay the price."

This book is terrific but I think there may be something wrong with the author. I would hope that it would not just be abandoned when then the author has so much talent. Has anyone checked to make sure everything is ok with author instead of posting negative comments!!!

Unfortunately I don’t think the book is worth the money considering that it’s not completed and it takes months for an update literally. And you only get one or two chapters. Is there a way to get money back?? At this point I have no interest in finishing the story And want a refund

Please Me, Daddy

Please Me, Daddy

I learned that if I didn’t act, I’d end up in danger. After those times, something changed in me. I stopped expecting anyone to come when I screamed. I stopped believing in rescue. If I was going to survive, I had to do it myself. Even with Eleanor and Wyatt, two of the few people who ever gave me comfort, that old feeling never left. That voice in my head that whispered whenever things went wrong, no one’s coming. Save yourself. And maybe that’s why I felt it now. That familiar, crawling instinct tightening in my gut, the same one that always came when danger was near.

Save Me, Claim Me

Save Me, Claim Me

Before I could breathe. I was alive. Barely. The ache in my chest was a sunburst of agony. I rolled onto my side with a ragged breath. “Tessa,” I rasped. Someone dropped to their knees beside me. “Still breathing, asshole,” Kira muttered. Her voice was tight - not with sarcasm this time, but fear. “She.. ?” I tried again, lifting my head. “Alive,” Kira said immediately. “But unconscious. She saved you. Blew half the fucking battlefield apart to do it.”

A Lifesaving Mess

A Lifesaving Mess

Before she could finish, Elijah raised his hand and slapped her hard across the face. “Nonsense! There is no pretending. Sadie is your real savior!” This time, Thea became confused. “How is that possible? She’s clearly an imposter. Cassie is the one who saved me!” Elijah narrowed his eyes. “Who told you that? To protect the identity of the real donor, I never revealed who saved you. I even ordered everyone involved to keep it strictly confidential.” Thea fell silent for a moment. Under Elijah’s pressure, she finally admitted the truth.

BLOOD BOUND

BLOOD BOUND

"By recognizing that your safety enables their needs. If you burn out or die, you help no one. Sometimes self-preservation is most radical act available." Aurora sat with that for a long time. Self-preservation as radical act. Taking care of herself not as selfishness but as sustainability. It went against everything she'd built her identity around. But maybe that was precisely why she needed to consider it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I recently finished 'Save Yourself' by Kelly Braffet, and it left me with a lot to think about. The book dives deep into the lives of three troubled characters—Caris, Vern, and Patrick—whose paths collide in unexpected ways. Caris is a young woman trapped in a toxic relationship with her stepbrother Vern, while Patrick is a lonely security guard dealing with his own demons. The story explores themes of guilt, redemption, and the desperate search for escape.

What really stood out to me was the raw, unflinching portrayal of their struggles. The writing is gritty and immersive, pulling you into their world of dysfunction and despair. It’s not a light read, but it’s incredibly gripping. The tension builds steadily, and the characters feel painfully real. If you’re into dark, character-driven stories with a lot of emotional weight, this one’s worth checking out.
