Saving Noah Audiobook Novels & Stories

Draven said, his full attention now on me rather than the bowl of cereal in front of him. “It’s going to get soggy.” I said as I tilted my head towards his bowl. “You might want to finish up with that soon.” He narrowed his eyes at me, well aware that I was changing the subject, but he didn’t say anything more. “Poor bastards,” Noah muttered under his breath. I turned to him, my jaw clenched tightly, “what did you say?” He glanced up at me like he was surprised to still find me at the table. Then he lifted his phone and read out loud.

These words feel wrong, even if I know they are right. “Cian is the one who put you in this situation to begin with,” he reminds me. “And being in the immortal realm is the worst place for you.” He might be right, but I have to remember what he said. “At least Cian can be honest with me.” Noah doesn’t even flinch. He knows I’m right. He gets to his feet, promptly disappearing out the room. I don’t follow him, although my heart does fall to the pit of my stomach. He returns before I have time to get truly concerned. He’s holding two glasses of water in his hand, which one he hands to me. Even in these moments he cares enough to be hospitable. A lot goes into being an Alpha.

"Let me go." He let my hand go and looked down at me with a condescending smirk. "I want to help you." "What do you know about me?" "I know you want to waste a good set of bones and organs on this pothole-ridden road." "What?" "Weren't you just fantasizing about suicide?" "How did you even hear me?" "I have a very good pair of ears." I scoffed. "What do you want?" "My name is Noah, and I'm the man who is going to save your life."

I tell her, trying to sound neutral, like seeing her right now didn’t just ruin my joy. “The little bitch who...” I squeeze her arm, and she quiets, fixing her attitude. “I’m Noah.” Audrey forces a smile. “A friend of Aeliana’s?” “No,” Noah shifts, sitting up. “I just hug everyone I meet for the first time this way. You next?” Audrey rolls her eyes, “Oh, yep. Definitely her friend.” Noah sucks her teeth, “And I can tell you’re not.” “Noah just moved here from Clinshore,” Rowan chimes in, ending the very unnecessary exchange between Noah and Audrey. I’ve told Noah a bit about Audrey, and she’s not a fan at all.

"If it works, she says we can leave." "And you fucking believe her?" Noah demanded. His voice was hoarse from his screams for help. "She's fucking with the supes." Despite his words, there was a spark of hope born within him. He didn’t want to die. He hadn’t told his brothers, but he’d met a woman in Rideten a few days before, and there had been an instant attraction between them. For a moment, he had dreamed of a future with a wife and kids, and a pretty house and garden, only for the bite of a zombie to steal it away. He couldn’t even tell Kristi what had happened to him, because his colleagues had immediately locked him in the cage upon his return to headquarters.

Sophia questioned him with fear clearly observable in her voice. Before answering to her questions, Noah let out a chuckle and spoke, “Really darling? Now, your question should be, how are you going to save yourself from me?” Hey fella readers, I hope you all to be fine and healthy. I wish you liked the update. Then another clip of t‍h‍em laughing twenty minutes later.

I'm going to start dropping my author's notes here. I think I’m starting to really enjoy writing from Noah’s POV. He’s so messy, spontaneous, and just full of vibes. I usually avoid male POVs because they can be tricky, but Noah is slowly helping me get more comfortable with it. I hope I was able to make it feel real for you. Also—we’re already at 90 views! That’s so sweet. 90 of you took the time to read my book, and I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much. 🥺💗

"Noah? What are you doing?" Noah didn't answer her. He didn't even look at her. His lazy, unbothered posture was completely gone. He stepped right out into the very center of the precinct lobby, walking straight past my furious father and stopping directly in front of Detective Miller and Maya. The entire room went dead silent as Noah reached deep into his gray hoodie pocket and pulled out his smartphone. He tapped the screen twice. A brightly lit audio player popped up, showing a fresh, three-minute voice recording file sitting right at the top of his list.

He then walked to my side. Meanwhile, Dylan took the seat next to Harper. Harper, who was usually blunt, faltered for a second. I saw her blush. I suspected that Harper was thinking the same thing. I calmed my frantic beating heart and tried to explain myself. “We are no longer with Murray and Craig—” But I stopped mid-sentence as Anthony and Elena Luciano entered the banquet hall. As the Don and Donna, their presence was formidable. Leopold smiled and gently brushed aside a stray hair at my temple.
