In 1983 a Mrs Carson of New York was laid out in our coffin, presumed dead of hear disease. As mourners watched, she suddenly sat up, alive as you or I. She approached us, wearing white clothes, hair opened, and one eye was bleeding. The familiar black cat was behind her. "AGHHH! G HMMMM!" She screamed in a demonic sound. Low pitched and cracking every time she yelled. I got chills down my spine when she was in front of me. So, she was Lisa Dorling. When she gasped, I could feel my breath halted. She glared at us and left from there. "Appreciate that you were in this jail. Otherwise, you were dead." I was starting to get suspicious. What was all this happening? Anxious, unsettled, I was losing hope.

“Disgusting,” “Are you alright?” Gabriel asks. Marcel turns his eyes to the twins at the altar and shifts his gaze to Mary. The witch John brought to counter Dracula's spell. He stares at the two moons as they are halfway through their separation. He runs over to Mary, killing a vampire on his way. Mary's eyes flicker as she chants her spell, clueless to his presence. His breath brushes her neck and his fangs pierce through her skin. He sucks hard on her neck and blood waters his tongue.

but she was sure she had heard two very different howls ringing out into the night. Suddenly the door was ripped off its hinges, the furniture behind it tossed away by the beast that now stood before them, blood dripping from its jaws. Mary fainted, but Crimson just gazed in wide-eyed, silent terror. Yet as it went to pounce forwards, another dark shape appeared from behind it, grabbing the other creature in its claws and dragging it to the ground.

The smell of blood and smoke suffocated me and made me nauseous. But nothing could stop me. Then... I smelled it. Marilyn's scent. Faint... Mixed with... another scent. A familiar scent... blood. I ran. I ran with everything I had left. And when I turned the corner of one of the fallen houses... I was met with hell. A gigantic, gray, monstrous wolf. Covered in scars from ancient battles. Roaring as it bit Marilyn's neck. It dragged her along, rubbing her body on the ground as if she were nothing.

My composure was quite unreal and alarming. "For the last time, Mary, I don't know what you're talking about," I said firmly. She stood from the bed and approached the table in the far corner. She did silently, which started to creep me out. "I was told stories about creatures of the night by my mum when I was little," she began." Creatures with impossible abilities which lusted for blood."

Wrapping a gift with care, she hastened towards Marriane, her mind consumed by a mysterious intent. As Marriane chatted animatedly with her friends over the phone, an ominous presence engulfed her. "Who's there?" she dared to inquire, but the silence that followed only intensified her unease. Suddenly, crimson drops fell upon her forehead, an inexplicable source of blood that sent shivers down her spine. Her voice trembled with fear, but her pleas went unanswered, lost in the abyss of solitude. The blood continued its macabre descent, suffocating Marriane's senses until she succumbed to unconsciousness, the weight of her terror overwhelming.

Mary huffed angrily. Damon tilted his head slightly,” not just wolves you know.” “What? Why do you mean not just wolves? What else is there?” Mary looked at Damon as though he was truly insane. “Well vampires, witches, warlocks and elves… mind you most of them are almost extinct except for those damn vampires… those ones just multiply quicker than we can exterminate them.” Mary laughed and laughed. “Oh and my fairy-godmother is going to swoop in and turn me into a princess to right?” She shook her head… ‘he really must be crazy” she thought.

And this is all his doing. I turn on my side and sigh dreamily, then I hear someone call my name. I sit up quickly. A gasp leaves my lips. It's Mary. She's standing by the door, and her face looks...awful. Her eyes are swollen and oddly, they're terrifyingly black. Like there are no whites in her eyes. I narrow my eyes at her. Her sleeping gown is covered in blood. "Mary?" I say. Or want to say. My tongue is too heavy and I wish to say her name but don't know if I've succeeded. Why is she covered in blood? Why are her eyes like this?
