Over the many and varied perfumes and colognes which have been assaulting his senses for the past two hours. Her scent cuts through it all. Clean and fresh, almost sweet, with a hint of ozone for good measure. Reminds him of what used to be. Of possibilities. Makes him angry, then has him drowning in a sea of down-feather memories.

It felt as if my nose which had been clogged for years suddenly unclogged and my sense of smell started working again. My mind went blank and my eyes closed on their own. The scent was the most wonderful thing I'd perceived in my entire life. It was alluring, bewitching, mouthwatering and arousing. The scent was dark and sexy. I never thought scents could be like that until I caught a whiff of it. The scent could best be described as juicy pomegranates and raspberries blended impeccably with spicy woods and patchouli wrapped around pink pepper and Japanese cherry blossom. How is this even possible?!
