In Loving You

In Loving You

I don't know why, but I'm really engrossed in reading mystery books especially when I could always figure out who the suspect is before the detective could even tell who it was in the end. I traced my fingers at the leaves of the books that are stored in the bookshelves as I read their titles until I came across a book which made me curious of it's title. It was called Isoria with a fantasy like book cover with golden specks laid across it. I then knew that it's a book I will never regret reading. I was tempted to buy at least two or more books. I saw a lot of books that I want to read, but I don't want to abuse my mom's kindness. I wasn't supposed to be allowed to buy any book right now.

Light & Darkness: Book 1

Light & Darkness: Book 1

For now, she didn't even want to wonder what would happen if aunt Margareth finds out about her feelings. Selene stretched first, then slowly dragged herself off the bed, her eyes immediately fixed on the Book of Magic that was lying down on the desk, the one she had gotten from aunt Meredith yesterday. Selene took it gently in her hands and sat on the edge of the bed, setting the bulky volume on her lap, and flipped through the book several times. Afer the fourth time she stopped at a page that showed a portrait of a man with ebony, half-length hair, in a long black coat... The face itself seemed familiar at once, but when Selene saw his eyes - dark and captivating like two black holes, she

He mindlinked him, and he nodded, sniffing. "What the fuck is going on here?" A familiar voice asked behind them, making Hashmuk let go of Rasmore. The person standing behind them was the person he was crying for, thinking he had left him. It was Kelvin, with a pile of magic books in his hands. He and his friends smelled like they were coming from the sewer.

Destiny

Destiny

“Yes, please and thank you. Cream and sugar. When the coffee was on his table, he turned to me. - Thanks. - It was nothing. Good book? — Yes, I can't stop reading. He held it up so I could see the cover, which had a “dark night and stormy” of a running man. "Do you like suspense?" “Thriller and thriller, the occasional mystery. I pulled my bag from under the seat in front of me and grabbed one of the markers. from Damien. — So maybe you like this author. In these books, the adventures take place in Australia and it is a series with a police protagonist. There's a touch of the supernatural as well. He looked to either side of the marker, then nodded. - Thanks for the tip. I'll look later.

Rejected to be His Luna

Rejected to be His Luna

There was an inkpot with a quill and a few parchments scattered here and there with a few books. I brought the torch near the desk. The names of the books read as: Celestial rules of stars and planets. Cosmic biology of wormholes and black holes. Composition and types of dark matter. Components of darkness and light. The bookmarks were scattered here and there and it seemed as if someone had stopped noting down some points in a hurry and left and never returned. I ran my fingers over the books and a series of memories started flashing in my head. The last time Derek used those books was right before he went on to face my father, ultima Damen. That made sense because after that my father kill

Absolutely loved reading this and I’m hoping there will be sequels that will answer some of the questions about some of the characters and what’s happened to them. Love the twists & turns plus it’s not a predictable plot. It’s not like other books so it’s refreshing.

Master's Secret Book

Master's Secret Book

Then he left. "Thief!?" She whispered. She didn't understand what was going on? She asked the girl in the room about this. "Why did they said that I'm a thief." "I don't know. But, I heard that you stole the king's very important book." The girl replied. Chenyin became confused. Stole? The king's book? What is she talking about? Finally she realized about the secret book. Where is it? She remembered that brother Jiao Long put it in a safe place. Did the king found it.

The Echo of Abuse and Love

The Echo of Abuse and Love

Her expression dulls a bit, and the twinkle in her eyes becomes unreadble. I feel a bit unnerved by her statement, unsure of what to think or feel. "I think it's safe to say none of the sex in that book is 'just sex.'" "I guess that's true." We sit in a somewhat uncomfortable silence and I don't know what I'm supposed to do. "What were you reading?" She asks. "Some random Sci-Fi novel I found at a garage sale." I hand her the book. The dust jacket wasn't on the book when I picked it up. So it appears plain and uninviting. Just a deep green fabric stretched tight over the boards that bind the book together.

Cracking His Code

Cracking His Code

By the next afternoon, the quiet tension is practically humming in my ears. Lounging on the far end of the couch, I have my legs stretched out and resting over the armrest. I’m wearing comfortable grey sweatpants that leave absolutely zero doubt about the current, frustrated state of my anatomy. A paperback sci-fi novel rests open on my chest. It’s a space opera about rogue smugglers, supposedly heavy on the action. Turns out, it’s even heavier on the smut. Scanning a particularly graphic paragraph on page two-hundred-and-four, a wicked idea forms in my mind.

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Orion appeared just out of my line of sight, startling me so thoroughly that I dropped the book right on my face. “Alright,” I huffed, casting him a dirty look. He bared his teeth in return, which had me clenching my thighs for some odd reason. “My head is pounding from all the nonsense in these books. Tell me you guys have learned something of value?” It wasn’t Dain’s fault these texts were both ancient in looks and in language. I graduated high school with good enough grades, but that didn’t mean I was some kind of scholar. There was something about astrophysics and the mysteries of the universe that put me right to sleep. They were my own personal dose of melatonin.

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.
