Amber looked at Stephen again and smiled. They walked together until they reached the dive area where they would dive under the sea. "Do you know how?" Amber asked Scarlet because she saw Scarlet take equipment for diving. "Of course, I love to dive. I'm not just telling you," she said and smiled. "And also, Uncle Stephen is the best in this," she added, so Amber immediately turned to Stephen who was standing next to her. Stephen also looked at Amber and Scarlet when he heard his name. He was just seriously looking in front of him while watching the people diving.

" She explained, and Elias watched the waves roll gently on the water. "How about you learn to love being in that calm, and powerful element of nature. I love water. It is a beautiful force of its own. I would love to be in it with you." He replied, and Scarlet blushed, holding her face in her hands. "I can't swim. I mean, I've never gone near water in years." "That's fine. You don't need to be a swimmer before scuba diving. The gear helps. So how about we get you all prepared, and ready for your first dive?

Qualified instructors were summoned from the Islands staff and while Ant, Myra, Jasmine and Sage went parasailing out on a speedboat, Mark, Maddy, Louisa, Heidi and Sam learned how to scuba dive with oxygen tanks. Mark loved being under the water, not having to worry about resurfacing to breathe and as they worked their way around the Island, flapping their flippers, it opened up a whole new world for him. Seeing the local fish darting around ahead of them, or beneath them was like ghosting through someone elses house, a momentary intrusion that drew a few odd looks but then they were gone and everything returned to normal.

Nora replied. "Well, I mean..." Sebastian tried to find an excuse but couldn't find anything to save him from his beautiful daughter's accusation. He glanced at Tera, seeking her help. "Do you know the cartoon character who is a square and yellow in color? The underwater sponge creature?" "Ah, that yellow character under the sea. Yes, I remember, that's Patrick the Star's friend, right?" "Finally!" Tera sighed in relief, "Why do you remember Patrick more than the main character SpongeBob?"

Grissom smiled, “the monster was a test. If it sensed evil in your heart; it eats you. Another protection in place for the stones. I’m sure you realize by now there are many of them. I knew you would be safe. You’ve always been a good kid.” We needed his help now anyways, “any lake monsters to worry about here?” “That’s always a possibility in water this deep. Are you ready for your next adventure?” He clapped his hands. “Where’s the boat?” Rod asked. “Oh we aren’t going by boat. We are using these” he walked over to a wooden bin and pulls out scuba gear. “Where the heck are we going to go with those?” Ben cried. “That’ll spoil the surprise, but prepare to have your minds blow” he grinned.

"Melanie, I heard your dad owns a big factory. You should get us summer jobs there." I trembled as I stared at the group of young women who had cornered me in the restroom. I kept my head down, too scared to respond. "Hey, I'm talking to you! What, are you deaf?" One of them, undeniably beautiful, grew impatient with my silence and shoved me hard. The force knocked me off balance, and I fell backward into the filthy toilet bowl. In an instant, I was covered in filth.

Outside, the world was a nightmare of obsidian water and violet fire. Kazimir stepped onto the Dorsal Hull (the top surface of the submarine). Above him, seven miles of water pressed down with enough force to turn a tank into a pancake. His boots, equipped with Electromagnetic Soles (magnets used to lock a diver to a metal surface), clanked against the titanium skin of the Sparrow. The Divergent (the corrupted, zombie-like Architect) was waiting.

"Look what you've done! You've hurt her hand! How could you be so careless?" He shoved me aside and rushed out with Elara to find a doctor. I fell back against the glass coffee table, the impact jarring. And then, a strange, cold pain bloomed across my back. I felt my skin... tear. It was then I remembered the doctor's words from my last check-up: "You carry the Siren's Gene, Isla. It could manifest at any time." As my vision blurred, my own blood pooling on the pristine white floor, I finally understood.

I had made a replica. "How did you do it?" he asked in amazement. "It looks exactly like it. Even a bit worn..." "More worn than it was, probably," I replied, guilty. "It's been at the bottom of the lake for a whole night." "What?" I say in disbelief. "This isn't the same watch." "It absolutely is," I say triumphantly. "How?" "Have you ever seen Drake Lee?"
