Elowen POV. The leather sofa in VIP Room Three still held the warmth of the last client. I could feel it through the thin crimson silk barely covering my body as I adjusted my position, making sure every angle was perfect. The jeweled mask sat secure against my face, catching the low amber light, hiding everything that mattered while showing everything that didn't. My red hair fell in waves over my bare shoulders. No brown wig or oversized cardigan swallowing my curves tonight. Tonight, I was Nyx, and Nyx didn't hide.

He alerted his team and assured me that everything was fine there. I walked towards the door but stopped immediately when something caught my eyes. Some black fabric was hanging behind the frame. Jacob's a minimalist when it comes to his home decorations. I turned and walked to the frame hanging on the wall. I carefully removed it. "Bloody hell." I murmured as I saw Mamba's mask. I gulped. Jacob saw it. He has the mask all along and he never mentioned or asked anything about it. I removed the mask on the hook and hid it in my jacket's secret pocket.

Hearing this, James felt more at ease. Just as Richard said, these people couldn't give up the money. James turned around and glanced at the man. The man was dressed like a deliveryman and wore a cap, and he also wore the hood on his hoodie. He wore a mask on his face. The mask should be specially made, and only his eyes and nostrils could be seen. His mouth was covered, and this was why he spoke in a muffled voice. "Don't look at me! Hurry up! Or I'll shoot you!"

Sneaky glared at him, and he shut his mouth, “Miles, what is your celebrity name?” “Masketer!” Owen exclaimed like a clown. “Mask Man” Chang Mang commented, Miles touched his nose, and Sneaky protested “no way” Owen's face fell, “why?” With a straight face, Sneaky replied, "they sound scary” Owen “_” Chang Mang “_” Miles replied, "Mora's mask” Sneaky's hand froze on the cursor, Miles turned around, and entered his mother's room, he retrieved the mask and wore it.

Now put this on.” He holds out an eye mask. “Turn around.” “This is crazy, you know that?” I slowly turn so he can put the mask over my eyes, after which he smacks my ass.

“The fact that we can buy blue body paint on DoorDash and nobody bats an eye is sort of amazing,” James says as he walks back into the bedroom with a small paper bag. “Yeah,” I agree. “But did you also get the horns?” He gives me a look, “no because it’s not Halloween.” I shrug, “then it spoils the illusion.” He stares as me for a second before leaving the room and coming back several minutes later with an army helmet that has a pair of long horns sticking from it. “How about this?”

Ruby's gaze was glued to the screen, her body shaking as if she had seen a ghost. "You don't have to sign," I said, my voice a chilling whisper.
