His Hidden Luna

His Hidden Luna

But they didn’t have an audience and when the pain hit her, the brother stopped shifting to check on her. Once he stopped shifting, her pain stopped. He didn’t shift enough to cause any damage to his sister the way Dylan did with Emma. They also didn’t know that him shifting first was what was causing it, so when he made sure his sister was ok, he started his shift again. Then the pain hit her again and he stopped, then her pain stopped. After that they realized him trying to shift was causing it. The next time, she did her shift first and was able to complete it without any pain to her brother.

A Mysterious She-wolf

A Mysterious She-wolf

4) What is shifting (shape-shifting)? Shifting is the process of changing from one form to another. In my book, babies could be born as a human or a wolf. The birth form would have more dominance over the other and the first shift will occur at the age of three, which might take hours to transform, as their bones will break and rearrange themselves to transform their form. As time passes, the shifting would occur in milliseconds with the practice and will be less painful. The werewolf can shift whenever they want. 5) What is mean by the mate?

The Last Phoenix Shifter

The Last Phoenix Shifter

"You all know it would be more dangerous to have Cubs than not." "I never wanted a mate." Silas admitted, causing both me and Maddox to growl in anger. "Not until I met this woman." "she seems nervous." Maddox whispers to us and we all turn to look at Fraya, her eyes wide with fear. "Does she know how to shift back?" "doesn't seem that way." Agrees Gabriel. "Can we help her?" I ask, hopeful that their is something we can do. she squarks and we all jump, realising for the first time how clumsily she's moving, how she doesn't seem one with her other form. She flaps her wings and shakes a few times, some feathers detaching and falling to the floor.

Falling For The Wrong Alpha

Falling For The Wrong Alpha

I yelled, and before either of them could react, I marched to the wall and yanked the cable right out of the socket. The screen went black. “Are you freaking kidding me?!” Fenrik barked, throwing the controller down. “Girl, what is your problem?” Ryan groaned, rubbing his temples. “I was about to knock him out!” “Dude,” Fenrik scoffed, turning to Ryan, “I beat you seven times in a row and you still think you can knock me out? Cute.” I slammed my hands on my hips, glaring at both of them. “LISTEN. How can I shift? Tell me how. I don’t have time for this!”

The Tribrid’s Daughter (The Tribrid Series)

“You don’t have to have another party if you don’t want one. Everyone understands. They are wondering though if you would like to shift. I am assuming you still haven’t shifted since your birthday.” I look up at him and realize that I have been told I shifted that night but I don’t remember it. ‘Yes let’s shift,’ Irena says excitedly. “Irena wants to shift.” “Do you want to?” I nod my head as he stands and reaches his hand out to me. I take it and let him lead me outside. ‘Irena?’ ‘Just relax and let me push through. It won’t hurt at all.’ I find it weird that it’s not going to hurt but I do as instructed and relax as I feel Irena push through. The shift happens flawlessly and I stand in fro

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

So far I’ve been very successful in avoiding temptation by not looking at his body in these vulnerable moments, and I’m not about to change that now – on the day when it’s more important than ever that we practice self control. “Does it hurt, shifting?” I ask, staring at my fidgeting fingers. “It does the first time.” Sinclair shares, “The first time is almost unbearable, it takes hours and hours, but once you’ve gotten it over with it happens fast as lightning, too quickly for you to feel the pain of your bones breaking and rearranging.” “That sounds ghastly.” I feel suddenly lightheaded, “How old are you when you shift the first time?” “It’s a little different for everyone - most make the

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.

Route Change, Groom Change

Route Change, Groom Change

Violetta screamed, pulling me backward. However, the SUV was moving too fast, its tires screeching sharply against the road as it hurtled toward us. Violetta and I were forced against the roadside barrier with nowhere to retreat, our hearts almost stopping in terror. At the critical moment, a black car sped in from the side and executed a precise drift to block the SUV's path. Riccardo slammed on the brakes with a piercing screech, and the SUV came to a halt less than three feet away from us.

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Morat bowed, his face showing sincere loyalty. Siron wanted to scream a warning. Don’t trust him! But this was the past. It had already happened. The scenes shifted again, faster now, like fragments of a nightmare. Morat leading Alaric’s armies, waging war against enemies. He fought with gallant bravery, his body moving with speed and strength beyond that of a normal man. In the heat of battle, his body changed, growing larger, skin hardening into scales, claws sprouting from his hands. His true shifter form. He rampaged across the battlefield, tearing through enemies, but always returned to human form once the fighting ceased. Alaric’s forces won because of him.

“I wasn’t really thinking then, but I felt nothing unusual.” “Good,” he nodded. “Are you a fast shifter?” “I guess I am,” I answered with a frown. “What does it have to do with anything?” “Shifting is usually hard on your body. The easier your shift is, the less dangerous it is for the babies. You are still in the first trimester, so it’s probably not a problem for now, but you will have to be more careful as the babies grow,” he explained, moving the machine across my stomach.

A Queen Among Alphas

A Queen Among Alphas

Works every time. “Time to shift, Zara.” This makes her ears perk up. After a moment of searing heat, I’m quickly on all fours shaking out my fur. Immediately everything around me becomes amplified. The colours around me are more vibrant, the smells more prominent and the sounds more amplified. The first shift is the worst, mine took four hours and twenty-three minutes and was absolute hell. For over four hours all I did was scream and writhe in pain while every bone in my body broke and rearranged. The second shift was a significant improvement, and by the third shift, there was no pain. Now it takes me a couple of seconds to shift and instead of pain all I feel is a burst of searing heat s
