THE LABYRINTH

THE LABYRINTH

A soft puff of dust lifted from the muzzle, and the statue—exhaled. They found a broader landing—an antechamber cut like a lung—and regrouped. “Everyone okay?” Jessica asked, already checking the feed from Module 22. The tablet overlaid ghost-glyphs on shadowed stone, pulling faint incisions into legible lines. Sean sat up, tested a shoulder, winced, then shrugged it clear. “Nothing broken. Except my pride.” “Generous assumption,” Terry said, peering back toward the drop. “Floor trap’s clever. Reward at the sun switch, then whoosh. Someone loved their misdirections.”

BACK FROM THE DEAD: MY APOCALYPSE LEVEL-UP SYSTEM

BACK FROM THE DEAD: MY APOCALYPSE LEVEL-UP SYSTEM

"Good. Lets just get back to the warehouse. Get behind the walls." The four-kilometer drive felt like it took hours. Every time a stray zombie stumbled out from a side alley my foot jerked on the pedal. The heavy steel plow on the front of the truck pushed them aside like dry branches. The city was still burning around me, black columns of smoke twisting into the gray sky but all I could think about was the cold terrifying look in Justin’s eyes. He was right about one thing—the world was changing fast. If a Tier 2 Awakened was already walking around on day one, my current defenses weren't going to be enough to keep me alive.

Mate: Part Two

Mate: Part Two

Wrapping the towel around me, I walked back into our room and grabbed some clothes from the dresser and closet. After getting dried and changed, I walked to the door. Opened it and stepping out into the hallway, and there it was again. His scent surrounded me, like before. I didn’t think it could feel stronger but it was. Taking in his scent, I closed my eyes for a few seconds. Then I let out a breath, and started to walk down the hallway following it. Is this how it’ll be tonight when she awakens? When she can smell him, our mate?

My Alpha is a Lunatic

My Alpha is a Lunatic

KIERA VANCE: 2,415 LP JAX: 2,408 LP Their numbers were monstrous, a vertical spike on the graph. But their entire data line—name, points, health bar—was shaded a dim, ghostly gray. Inactive. Dormant. “Are they… dead?” Maya whispered, her voice thin. “Or they’ve already left,” Leo said, his analytical mind racing. “The Instance’s primary win condition was ‘Protect the NPCs until evacuation.’ The NPCs are all gone. The condition is null. But a secondary, fail-safe condition must exist: ‘Survive the designated timeframe.’ By eliminating the primary objective, they may have forced the Instance into a simplified survival mode. For them, the game might be… over.”

Rewrite the Apocalypse Dream

Rewrite the Apocalypse Dream

Briggs grunted as his boots hit the road. He flexed his newly upgraded level-two muscles, a sudden orange glow illuminating the dark fabric of his uniform. With a low grunt, he slammed his palms together, channeling his newly enhanced element. A concentrated jet of bright, high-temperature flame erupted from his hands, instantly melting the ice on the road and engulfing a cluster of rushing zombies. The infected collapsed into ash before they could even reach the vehicle. Beside him, Jolie’s vines whipped out of her sleeves like green lightning, piercing through the foreheads of three zombies simultaneously and tossing their bodies into the snow.

8-23-25 at 167 chapters. I normally don’t like reading in progress books but this one is super good. Keeps you engaged with dialogue, representing multiple characters, and doesn’t over describe scenes. Well written. Looking forward to consistent updates and following Joanna’s story with her team!

didn't think I'd be this interested in a book about the apocalypse but it sucked me right in! (little mistakes here and there, plus the random chapter 217). Overall the story was engaging and hard to put down.

Werewolf Hunter

Werewolf Hunter

The werewolf raises its claws and desperately reached for my face but I evaded it and took out my knife and pierced it through its heart. I wiped the blood that splattered on my face and raised my head to find Rendall and Quinn. Rendall is owning this hunt by slashing the werewolf’s body mercilessly while Quinn, Quinn is nowhere to be found. “Quinn!” Finally, I saw a movement of Quinn’s bow and arrow behind the tree that is seven feet away from me. With a sigh of relief, I continued chasing another werewolf. It is faster and slimmer than the first one so I have to make sure that my eyes will always follow it.

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

It didn't come from the air; it came from the ground, the walls, and the shard inside me. **[CRITICAL ERROR: PHYSICAL LAYER CONTAMINATED]** **[INITIATING REFORMAT: SEASON 2 PROTOCOL]** **[THEME: THE VOID BEYOND]** “Season 2?” Rowan gasped. He had managed to crawl a few inches closer to me, though his legs were now nothing but shimmering polygons. “They’re starting over. They’re going to erase the Earth to make a new set.” “They can’t,” I whispered, though the wind took my words. “This is the only world left.”

The Mafia's Bloodlust Games (The Final Chapter)

The Mafia's Bloodlust Games (The Final Chapter)

My eyes widened when the lights went off and Lilian walked away without saying a word to respond. Dimmed lights suddenly appeared on the ground where people lay on the ground as if unconscious, or more specifically, coming back to their senses. My eyes searched them for my wife to find her sitting down, her hands rubbing her eyes as she looked around, her eyes adjusting to the light around her. Richard sat up close beside her, the two of them looked one another in the eye, confusion draw over their expressions. “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Bloodlust Games, The final chapter”

Deeply in the game

Deeply in the game

It was discovered where they were. Jerome walked to other bushes that were arranged in a circle and drew her closer to the middle of the circle. It was a tight squeeze for the two of them to fit in there. After that, he removed the Wesson revolver from the boot holster in which it had been concealed while they were making their getaway. He took it in his hand and pushed it there before sliding his cheek against hers and pressing his lips to her ear. "It's all about staying alive in this game. Don't let your rationalizations dissuade you from pressing the trigger. He examined her face while simultaneously exposing his own as he leaned back and exposed himself. His spine tingled with a chilly
