Ungrateful Classmates

Ungrateful Classmates

The exam scores were out, and naturally, my classmates did not perform as well as they did in their previous lives, having missed one of the tests. The impact of missing one test was enough to drop the quality of the college that someone could have gone to by a tier or two. Many of my classmates would end up either in vocational schools or go straight to work in construction sites or factories. "It's okay. Like I said, it's all in the past. After tasting the sweetness of Nina's lollipop, you can now taste the bitter hardship of life." I didn't accept their apologies. I walked straight into the mansion, treating them as insignificant pedestrians.

she replied sharply. “ Oh, I see, what class are you? E-class? ” He asked, Teresa sighed and replied with a gloomy expression, “ Yes , The lowest of the lowest, E-class two stars,” “ I can tell just by your scent, ” He replied as he glanced around. “You can tell what people's classes are by their scent? ” she asked, shocked by his words. He had a confused look on his face again as he replied, “ I thought I made it clear earlier, ”

The Second Time Around

The Second Time Around

“We shouldn’t focus our energy towards people who don’t matter in our lives. They talk a lot because their minds are empty.” The old woman’s head turned towards her direction. “That goes the same for you as well, dear. People won’t even feel the remorse because they think that celebrities aren’t like regular people. Let’s not just dwell with them, alright?” She saw Celestine roll her eyes, probably in annoyance. “I hate those people,” she said. “They annoy me so much.” She gave the box of donuts to the younger ones before she claimed the remaining space in the sofa that was reserved for her.

My Only Love

My Only Love

He says as he comes close to me. I thought that men like these had problems with money, since he did not look rich. He was just some low class, just like Rebecca. These low-class people sucked. But not Carlos. He is not that rich either, but I guess he is in the middle class. That is better than being completely poor. “Tell me what you want.” I say angrily. Patience was not on my side anymore. I was burning up with anger.

A Second Chance in Life

A Second Chance in Life

I lifted the glass of water in my hand and clinked it lightly against his. “Here’s to a successful partnership, Mr. Caspian.” Moonlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, stretching our shadows across the room. Each of us stood in our own corner, like two polite strangers sharing the same space. Outside, the city glowed brightly in the night. Only then did I truly feel that I had been given a second life. In this life, I only wanted one thing: to use the Falcone family’s resources to earn enough money to stand on my own and then walk away from all of this for good.

Side Character’s Second Life

Side Character’s Second Life

"Don't blame me. The male leads in this world are too difficult. Every one of them looks like they love me to death, but none of them can reach absolute affection." Her smile sharpened. "That's because you exist. Once I take your data, I will succeed." After that, my days in the convent blurred together. Humiliation, abuse, and endless degradation became the norm. Injuries covered every part of me that clothing could hide. I no longer even had the strength to end things myself. I begged the System again and again to let me leave. It answered coldly that the rules allowed only one exit. I had to end my own life. The System could not intervene.

Carefree God of War

Carefree God of War

“That makes sense.” Therefore, Galiot said to Thomas, “Did you hear him? A second-class person like you will be arrested.” “What did you say?” Thomas asked indifferently. “Why can’t you understand? In this first-class area, the residents are friendly. How can we allow a second-class person like you to stay here? Officer Holt, arrest him please!” Just as Galiot was about to become happy, Clement suddenly said, “I’m sorry, Mr. Haynes. Please leave.”

The story is fast paced unlike most of the stories. I am thrilled to read each chapter. While the plot is similar with other novels of the same genre, I love the way the author develops each character. I also love it very much that chapters are longer and require less coins to open.

I don't think it is right to just quit from ur title being god of war. You have so much effort and sacrifices just to be in that title. Hardships in life will not end how can you depend your love ones if you are that powerless. Maybe you can leave temporarily but not resigned.

Not Just Penelope

Not Just Penelope

As much as I love it when people are looking at me, I really hate it when they come close. As we walked towards our spot, it seems like there is a boundary between all the students. You can classify them from the way they dress, the things they do, food they eat and etc. If I am going to classify them myself, it will be under 3 classifications - Class A, B, and C. A goes for people like me and those children of powerful and influential persons in the society. That includes me, of course. B goes for average people who are good enough but not that good enough to be considered a Class A, you know? They're... ordinary.
