Secret Letters Novels & Stories

Bella Pov I woke up to something sliding under my door. I sat up fast. My back hurt from sleeping on the floor next to the door all night. I could hear Damian breathing on the other side. He really stayed out there all night. Like some kind of guard dog. I looked at what came under the door. A large envelope. Thick and official looking. I picked it up and opened it. Papers fell out. Legal papers. From a lawyer. I read the first page. Then the second. My hands started shaking.

This time, just three words appeared on the screen. “Are you ready for the secret?” My hand tightened around the phone. A faint tremor ran down my spine, not from fear, but anticipation. Leo stood instantly. “What does it say?” I showed him. He frowned. "He's kidding around." "I hope so." I turned around to send another message before he could complain, and opened a new one. Who are you? What do you want from me? The reply in seconds. I told you. I know a secret. One your dad buried before you could read.

Her fingers trembled as she accepted the sealed documents from Em, her name scribbled in bold letters across the front. Em's hesitant expression sparked curiosity, but Luna's focus remained on the papers. "What's this?" she asked, eyeing the package in her hands. The secretary's eyes darted around the living room for a brief moment before settling on Luna. "I had to deliver it by Mr. George's instructions. It seemed urgent and very important," she shuddered, remembering the way he gazed at her unnervingly.

“Maybe it’s just someone trying to joke with me, but who and at such a time?” “Wait a minute, Scarr,” Vera quickly chipped in. “You don't think it's about…” At that moment, a nurse emerged through the door. “You can see him now,” she said. We all quickly stood up to leave for Ethan's room. As we entered the room, Ethan's gaze fixed on mine and then shifted to his mom. “Mom,” he said quietly, his voice faint. I couldn’t stop thinking about what Vera was suggesting, it couldn’t be. No one besides Vera, Dad, Grandma and I knew about that secret, and it was supposed to remain that way, so that text had to be a harmless joke, right?

“Everything okay there, honey? Ava taking good care of you all? Call me in the morning.” I stared at the message, heart pounding, body still leaking cum from three different people. The four of us exchanged glances in the dim light. This weekend had spiraled far beyond our dirty little secret and it was only getting more dangerous.

Their future was taking shape. And somewhere in sealed envelopes sat the answers everyone wanted to know. Three little secrets. Waiting for the perfect moment to be revealed. ❤️📖

Lily turned and walked out. I watched her leave, then pulled out my phone. I opened a secure line and made a call. "Phoenix? This is Aurora Arkin." It was the first time I had ever spoken my true last name inside Thorne Industries. "Yes. I need to consult you on a unilateral breach of secret investment contracts. Evidence? I have it all. Every contract, every wire transfer." I hung up and opened a hidden wall safe in my office. Inside were all the investment contracts signed under the "Arkin Trust."

Leo and Jeffrey cheered in excitement and I gulped. My secrets were definitely not coming out here tonight. “How is it going to be like?” Ivy asked, her eyes twinkling excitedly. Leo hurried to explain it to her. “We each give up one secret originally but then if we have more, we can decide to trade with each other. Another secret of mine for another secret of yours.” “I’m in.” Ivy said, eyes flashing and I wondered what secrets she would share. While the meat was grilling and the others were already drinking, we played the game.

Apparently, creepy uncles with too many secrets. I didn’t open it right away. I tucked it under my arm and moved to the study—Silas’s favorite hiding hole. I didn’t find him there, but I did find something else. Letters. Sealed, unsigned, but addressed to an Alpha I knew wasn’t from our pack. And they were recent. Blue Cross Alpha. What the hell?

Mikaela I stared at the faint crack on the floor of Lydia’s , the same suspicious line I had noticed yesterday. My chest tightened as I slid my fingers along it. It wasn’t just a crack. It was a hidden latch alright “Of course you’d have secrets,” I muttered under my breath. With a small push, the panel clicked open. I breathed out slowly, forcing my hands not to shake as I reached in. The first thing I pulled out was a stack of letters. Old and worn, edges crinkled from being opened too many times. The handwriting was harsh, rushed… definitely not Lydia’s.
