Seeds Trilogy Novels & Stories

Mother Saren breaks away from the group and comes to us. He is holding a bowl from which he takes the seeds and gives us small portions. Her hands shake. She's trying to hold back crying. Our eyes meet as I extend my hand and she gives me three dark seeds that look a lot like dried grapes. The woman squeezes my fingers affectionately before walking away. I look at the seeds in the palm of my hand. My heart fills with anger and resentment against myself. I did what I thought was right. I did what I thought the Goddess wanted of me. She gave me signs that she protected the stranger. She spared him from death against all odds. And now my Sisters and I are in danger.

So all three boys were leaving their families behind to search for their Lunas, and in Carson’s case, his Beta Female. My heart broke for my best friend as well. Mallory was losing two children at once to this little adventure. And from our frequent visits and phone conversations, I knew she was struggling with the idea as well. We’d hoped their daughter, Jordyn, would have been mated to Levi, connecting our packs forever, but the Goddess hadn’t planned it that way, So we’d have to find the strength to let the first of our children go and hope they returned to us soon. Nathan and I had six children together, three boys and three girls. Not quite the baseball team he’d once wished for though

High-grade beasts especially cherished the seeds of celestial herbs, and they often traded and collected them for pleasure. Adrian planted all the seeds without hesitation, turning the entire rocky area into a densely cultivated plot. Lexie watched him perform this task. Just as she was about to leave out of boredom, she realized she could not exit the core. Initially thinking it was one of Adrian's pranks, she scolded him playfully but soon found out Adrian was equally puzzled. Even he was trapped within this space. Adrian joked. "Could we be the legendary Adam and Eve?" "Adam and Eve?" Lexie asked.

Gael, Hakeem, and I had passed out after four hours of non-stop mating. I was sandwiched between my two men, my head resting on Hakeem’s chest and Gael’s leg and arm thrown over both of us as he snuggled into my back. I felt as if I had just fallen asleep when flashes and fragments of dreams began to play through my mind. They were disjointed, speeding through my mind almost too fast to catch. There is Charlie holding two pups in her arms, the pack being attacked on the western front, Arya fallen to her knees sobbing in the middle of a battlefield, funeral pyres, me looking down at my pregnant stomach with Gael and Hakeem smiling down at me, whoops of victory and wails of defeat. As the

"Before he goes, he wanted to finish this Zurich trip." Caroline smiled. "I think I know now, Zha. You are head over heels in love with those fictional characters who have been through a lot, like Romeo, the main male lead of The Fault In Our Stars and you are in love with Jack Dawson of Titanic too. You are in love with those characters who have been through a lot but still fought until the end. And Dion, from the things you have told me, he has been through a lot. And he is a tough one." My smile widens. Tears started to form at the corner of my eyes, I fought the urge when they are about to fall.

The seed split with a sound like breath finally released. A green shoot burst forth, veins traced with gold and silver light pulsing in rhythm with Elora’s heartbeat. The ground trembled once, then again, stone groaning not in protest, but awakening. Ancient wards flared unseen, power igniting along walls and pillars like constellations returning to the sky. From the seedling, a luminous filament snapped outward, arcing toward Declan, then Briar, weaving itself into a living thread that hummed with triune color. Briar staggered.

The hum of the engines filled the room as Evryn paced back and forth, her mind a blur of calculations, strategies, and the weight of impending doom. Every heartbeat seemed to synchronize with the flickering of the failing screens around them. The alternate Kai’s warning echoed relentlessly in her mind. The Seed wasn’t just an energy source anymore—it had become something far worse. And it was evolving. She couldn’t let it evolve any further. They had no time to waste. The walls were closing in, and the Seed’s influence was spreading like an unstoppable tide.

“It responds to us. It grows because of us. It’s alive because we give it hope.” “And what happens when that hope falters?” he asked sharply. “When fear enters the root system? When betrayal, doubt, and violence corrupt the core? Do you know what it becomes then, Athena?” I hesitated. “No,” he said softly. “You don’t.” He walked toward the wall and pulled back a panel, revealing a hidden screen. On it was a projection—a simulation I recognized from early seed trials. A planet rendered by the seed's influence. Lush. Blooming.

But as soon as she finished speaking, her pupils gradually dilated, and her hand slipped weakly from my grasp. No matter how desperately I screamed her name, she never woke up again. My heart went completely numb as I reached out to close my mother's eyes. Adrian and I had been together for three years. I couldn't understand how we ended up like this. Just a year ago, our relationship had been sweet and full of affection. But ever since his childhood friend returned from abroad, everything changed. He started becoming distant, constantly setting up "tests" to prove my sincerity. He even said that I had to pass all 99 of his tests before I could marry him.
