The Miracle Luna
I rose, slowly.
His eyes widened—first confusion… then fear.
“You,” he hissed. “You can’t—”
But I already was.
I raised my hand, and the light tore through his magic like it was mist. He screamed—raw, inhuman—as the energy wrapped around him.
Not fire.
Not lightning.
Purification.
He burned without burning—his shadow self disintegrating, peeling back like old skin revealing something older beneath it.
He clawed the air, screaming, “NO!”
